雖然我唔熟悉租鋪係點，但假如如你講要有背景先租到，咁都算係有能力嘅一種。而租到又生存到又係另一種能力。

其實是要有背景要有名氣人氣多人排隊，就好易入商場舖！當然，另睇邊d商場舖，將軍澳Monetary是海傍唔近地鐵站，疫情前是難招租的😂
