We do something similar to wild boar here in Sweden. We ferment corn together with seasoned bread and the pigs love it. It's very simple, take a bucket with a lid, fill it 2/3 full with corn, add a few slices of bread and a couple of handfuls of sugar. Fill with water to cover by a few inches. Put the lid on loosely, remember that it will ferment. Put it in the outhouse because it will smell like hell. Dig the mixture down and cover with some soil, the pigs will dig it up and they will stay in place longer. Good luck.
Hey folks! Trent Gunnell Georgia Exposure here. It's deer hunting time here in the south. I've reached out to Wade before a few times. He is a great guy! I'm going to have to try this out and see how well the deer love it. I can't wait to get out there and sit on the deer stand. Going to be a great time and some great videos! God bless everyone out there.
Question I’ve been to 2 different stores can I use the tropical grape and orange because they don’t have grape or cherry I will look in a couple days but I was just wondering
@@TrentGunnellGeorgiaExposure Good to know. I am here in Griffin. Can't do any hunting right now because of operations I am getting over. I will check your channel out.
Now, I have been call a nut, but I ain't never grabbed a handful of deer corn and threw it in my mouth. You're giving me ideas. The deer look like they are all excited eating that corn.
Awesome video Mr. Wade and I hope everything is going well with you and your family. 1 question I need to ask about the ingredients you mixed with the corn for deer bait. Is that stuff good for wild hog hunting as well? I'm very curious to know if that work for wild hogs. Again I want to say thank you for sharing this video with all of your TH-camrs and you and your family have a wonderful and blessed day and I will be looking forward to seeing and Captain Buster put some deer to rest this fall and winter for your freezer. Thank's again for the video!
If the candy corn gets sticky, will it gum up my feeder? I have two Settings one in the morning one in the evening. I’m afraid it will gum it up and not throw the corn as it should. Any thoughts on this?
@@BubbaRountreeOutdoors I tried the strawberry once with the corn years back and it sat there all season long, not even the coons would eat it...will have to try the cherry/salt/sugar recipe...got 2 feeders out for 2 weeks and they aint even messed with them yet ...maybe this will lure them in...thanks for the info Bud!!!!
Up here in New York, baiting is a big no go. We can buy deer corn, salt licks etc. in stores but if we're caught with them, its a fine and confiscation of any deer that was shot over it. But food plots are legal, go figure lol.

Looks like it really works but here in Minnesota, that is considered baiting and is a HUGE no-no. You’ll get a first class ticket on the train to jail.
