Any chance of a video showing off the Baby Bear Lodge? I’ve completely fallen in love with the floor plan and I’d love to see more on it. Side note, I think it would be really cool for it to have a lounge area loft over the entry with a few feet of separation between the loft and entrance wall so you don’t lose any glass and you also keep the high ceiling look on the lower level.

When looking at other properties I always use this house as a guide as I make this a ten perfect in every way, one thing I would love to know is exactly how much did it cost to build this home I estimated it at $6 million just for the build not including the land. Just now wondering how far I’m off from what it actually did cost as the American market isn’t my strong point, I’m English and we don’t see many log built homes so it’s guess work for me.
I know the chandelier above the dinning table is from RH just wondering if you know the size of it there are two sizes I was just trying to compare scale. The home is beautiful by the way!!!
That lower garage would make a cool. Home gym. .. must be able to build another garage on that section but you said. About foot print. .. so. Is that a real issue. ..be cool to build another big garage close to the house. .. oh seen some of ur garage with room on top. Builds. They amazing

The main issue with all the windows in these homes is it makes it impossible to watch TV during the day time with all the glare and light from the sun.

The trusses in this home are cosmetic, if you would prefer a home where the timber trusses are holding the the roof up we do that too. When the timber structure is supporting the home the cost is higher than a non structural timber frame home but a true traditionalist such as yourself may want that.
I'm curious as to build time on this exact home. I purchased 115 acres, when i was 28y old, outside the Kaycee WY area. Been sitting on it for my retirement home to be built. Bringing us back to the question of build time of this specific home style, i love every bit of this model

In the garage it seems we can wash cars and whatnot in there but I did not see any drains for the water. I will be wanting to wash cars indoors!
We can put drains in, how about fiberglass liner panels on walls and ceiling also, thats what I recommend
