Trying the Viral Onigiri Croissant in NYC | Cafe W Bakery/Dessert Review

- Onigiri and a croissant walk into a bar….
We are trying viral croissants in NYC to see if they are worth the hype or if we should leave the pastry alone.
For episode 4, we are headed into Flushing, Queens to Café W Bakery/Dessert to try the viral onigiri croissant. (Also called “cronigiri,” “oniwassant” and “onoissant”--- not sure any of those quite roll off the tongue!)
The concept of the onigiri croissant started in Singapore at La Levain bakery, and Café W Bakery/Dessert is the first NYC spot to have a crack at it.
But is the onigiri croissant worth the hype?
Jeremy and I might have conflicting verdicts….

This video showed up after seeing your LaFayette croissant video. My siblings are flying in next week and I'm touring them around. I already planned our Flushings food crawl but this one is another interesting spot. Definitely trying this Cafe W
