It would be a better and more challenging video to debate on if any walking dead antagonists could survive miguel prado, but I suppose its obvious that the answer is no in that field. Simply, nobody in television could last when put head to head with Miguel's wits, ferocity and astounding capabilities.

Actually you're wrong about Gregory. He would 100% survive mainly because he's so incompetent he failed to kill anyone meaning he wouldn't be a target for dexter since he never killed anyone

No way the commonwealth leaders last a season but pope and the whisperers don't. Sure lance and pamela had a lot of guards but both they and their guards were incompetent. I mean lance wasn't really incompetent but he wasn't a military strategist or a good fighter. Anyway pope is literally ex special forces and so is his whole group, and alpha and beta have both the whisperers and their herd and alpha has beta. Plus they actually lasted a season and a half even with everyone trying to assassinate them, including multiple highly competent individuals such as daryl and Carol. I reckon all three would last one season, pamela and lance would be side plots.
The commonwealth was just so organized. It would be very hard to blend in with the people and the soldiers. They kept track of everything there, just like a precent day community. It would be so much easier to blend in with the whisperers and do a sneak attack.
Regarding Pope. Yes he was ex special forces but so was Doakes. And Dexter won a 1v1 in handcuffs against him
