    Great recipe, Trang! I don't have an instant pot yet, but I will have to try this on the stove since I love the eggs, too! Extra eggs for me. :)

      Thanks DG, this is a great stove-top recipe as well. I agree with you, more eggs the better! :)

    Thank you for the recipe. Can I cook the eggs for less time (say 3 minutes) so that they are not overcooked when I add them to the pork?

    • @RunAwayRice
      @RunAwayRice  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, Thanh, 3 minutes is just fine. Enjoy the recipe! :)

    What heat setting of Saute did you cook the sugar?

    • @RunAwayRice
      @RunAwayRice  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      My Instant Pot doesn't have variable heat setting for Saute. I wait until the display shows "Hot" and then cook the sugar.

      @@RunAwayRice OK. Mine has 3 different saute temps. I had a vietnamese girlfriend once and her older sister owned and cooked in a restaurant. At holidays she would make this, and I really liked it.

      Oh yes, you mean using the Adjust button. It's set to "High". I hope you give the recipe a try and share your results! Good Luck!

    Did your recipe ask for vinegar for marinating the pork? I wasn’t sure cause I didn’t see it on your ingredients. Also do u recommend soy sauce at all?

    This is quite similar to Chinese famous dish "braised pork in soy sauce", the recipe is a little different though.

    • @RunAwayRice
      @RunAwayRice  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      It is similar with a just a few different ingredients. :)
