You should put a wreath on the wall above the fireplace Hobby Lobby and target has some pretty ones
Looks beautiful. A cranberry wreath over the fireplace would look nice with the cranberries you put on the tree
You should put brynns little tree with the swan ornaments you received somewhere, that would be a sweer gesture.

At the dollar store here in Ohio they have tinsel shapes, like bells Santa face, candy canes ect. They so colorful you could put that on your fireplace. The silver or blue would be beautiful. Have fun looking, p.s. the great thing about looking at dollar stores. You come back thinking I can't believe these were only a buck! Good luck!

You should put the advent calendar overtop of the fireplace, the decorations look great! I can’t wait until we buy a house so I can decorate for holidays! 😁 Emma saying “yayyy!” And dancing was sooo adorable 😍

For the one on the ledge you could get some of those battery powered lights.
For the garland I recommend adding pine cones and maybe some like small red ornaments and bows just to add some spice that’s what my family did we also added elves makes it look SOOO CUTE

I LOVE that tree, it's beautiful!! There's so much that you can do to decorate your pretty mantle. Some ideas would be candsticks, vases, mercury glass vases, lanterns, ornaments etc. I encouraged my clients, to purchase some design or decorating magazines, in order to get ideas of what they like. Y'all have an awesome start! I'm so happy for y'all! God bless~

Such a beautiful tree and some red baubles will set it off although it is stunning the way it is. A tree in the dinning room would look great too. Emma was so gentle with the tree. I think a lovely modern metal silver mirror or clock would look great above the fireplace.

Bath and body has a candle that smells just like a Christmas tree but isn’t too overpowering. It’s called Winter White Woods. I’m super sensitive to smells and this is one I can tolerate.

A gold mirror from target would look lovely above the fireplace. The antique looking one that everyone seems to have.
Battery operated lights in the Garland on that half wall that has no outlet close enough!! They sell them even at the dollar tree, with timers on them!!!!

We flocked our real tree one year pink. It was beautiful. Get some battery operated candles to put on the fireplace. Look on Pinterest for decorating ideas for fireplace. I love that tree.

A cranberry wreath above the fire place with the iron tree next to it would look super cute and it would tie into the cranberry branches you wanted to put on the tree. ☺️

Love your tree and Emma's joy! I use LED battery lights where I have no outlets. Love them and they are so much fun to put inside bowls, candle holders, etc. Happy Thanksgiving! ☺️
A wreath with a family photo in the centre would be pretty for the mantle! Can have a Christmasy photo but then switch it up throughout the year too.
The wreath can be an all year round thing (pun kind of intended) 😄

Rachelle you can get lights with a battery unit.. They work well and have a long life. Even if you used them when entertaining. Happy you love your decorations. Simplicity is very classy..

If you want lights on the other garland they have strands of lights that just connect to a battery box, we do that with our garland that isnt near an outlet, you can hide the box too, and the box/lghts have never gotten too hot or seemed to pose a fire threat. Plus my 4 year old has loved turning them on on her own for years because its just a button she can push instead of me having to plug them in an outlet :)
Even though it says non toxic to pets be very watchful cause the snow can impact their gut. I learned the hard way with my cats.
I know the intro will be changed to include the twins but I'm hoping you keep it the same when you add them in. I just love it so much!

Maybe you could put a wreath above the Garland to fill that space. You were talking about putting red ornaments in the tree so you could put a red and whatever colored wreath up.

How about a family Christmas photo framed above the mantle, and you could always command strip it to help hold it up and then easily remove it after the holidays.
You could always hang the advent calendar above the fireplace. Then it would be out of reach of Beau, Mister and Emma and you'd fill the space. ☺
About the garland fixture for the half wall, shelf top thingy you could try using command 3M hooks ( I think I prefer either the little clear ones or the one's that have the metal hooks). Oh my goodness! Rachelle you look so happy, content and you are just glowing. Emma is such a cutie bug ( oh! and you too Justin we can't have you miss out on compliments). Got to give Beau and Mister hugs from Jennifer Kember, she so badly wants a Beau just like yours. I absolutely love watching your vlogs which I will have more time for now as I broke my arm on the 5 of November then had to have surgery on last Thursday the 14th of November 😷🤕😭😣🤐. And just to make matters a little harder it is summer here in Perth Western Australia. So we have some hot days and then some very hot days and nights and I'm not allowed to get my cast wet. It was 44 degrees Celsius so that's about 111.2 degrees Fahrenheit no wonder why I feel like I'm melting. Lol 😳😓

We hang a wreath over the mantle, you don't need a lit one because the garland is lit. If you get a real one it smells awesome & we just spritz it with water to not dry out.
