Winter shelter building in the woods, Solo bushcraft, Off grid log cabin

This video was made last winter. I came to the shelter to install the stove and make the door. I made the door from logs (the work is shown at the end of the video).

Nice comfy little cabin, good work. I can't resist saying that mounting the galvanized aluminum chimney flu on the outside was a bit shoddy and it needs a LOT more securing than just that one wire. Aside from that, very nice.

What a waste of time..he knows it's snowy area..he could have built atleast a stone foundation about a metre above ground level...with Korean traditional ondol heating system...and then construct the log cabin..a little more effort but worthwhile..
