- Bette Midler spoke to ‘Extra’s’ Tommy DiDario at the NYC premiere of ‘Hocus Pocus 2’! She opened up about the uphill battle to get the sequel made and revealed if she’d want to do a third movie. ‘Hocus Pocus 2’ is streaming on Disney+ September 30.

I would totally love a part 3!!!!! Perhaps we could do something with the girls before they graduate high school so they would have time to develop their magic. And perhaps we would see the BF candle #2 get lit by someone new and the sisters could come back and it would be to help the new coven take down the major who could have gone evil because he is threatening to eradicate magic in Salem altogether. The joining of forces to protect magic and also of course inviting the trio of kids from the first movie to meet the new trio would be perfection!!!!!

I’d rather see the kids from the 1993 movie grown up as parents with their own kids with a story around them, instead of seeing the kids from the Hocus Pocus 2 movie in #3, but that’s just my opinion.

Well I just read today that Hocus Pocus 3 is officially in the works! Read it in two articles. Although both article did say that Kathy Sarah and Bette have not yet signed on....YET!

I don't know when i watch that Hocus Pocus 2 to the end then it must continue in the new sequels i feel like Winnie and her sisters may find way out to be in peace. To find peace in Salem and peace in lovelife(all 3 sisters). I mean like Winifred and Billy shared one kiss together. But when Winifred's feeling are real about Billy and Sarah just had manipulate Billy then it's different. In this 2rd film i see that something a a bit became more friendly. But lot to work to do also.
