I’ve spent like weeks on this, this has seriously helped me. I destroyed most of the other iron and heroic challenges in just a day, but this one was just outrageous
You're not a moron at all... I never figured out either that the graveyard skeletons are directly related to the enemies' deaths. Thanks for pointing that out. And thanks for making great videos (you're the only one I know who speeds up the video which is very convenient). This level in particular was impossible for me. I focused too much on the blue Musketeer towers, with the shrapnel shot.
Call me a nerd but i love this game. The combination of strategy and timing is awesome. That damn challenge on the Dark Tower drove me nuts for months...I would try and fail and your video showed me the error. The vines and the meteor time is essential. I nailed it on the first go round when I knew. Thanks man!
Thanks for the great tip about the graveyard. After watching, I created a somewhat similar setup, but with a mage tower and two archery towers on the top, 3 rock elementals total - smoked it on my first try! (after trying like 20 times before that).
Me either! Totally get that now! Sheeeeesh. You played it 3 times before figuring that? I've beat this level in normal, then stalled on Hard Iron - tried that maybe 20 times before watching your page. Great stuff. Thanks much!
Nice video and of coarse like everyone said your not a moron I would have never figured that out about the skeletons either until you said something :") great videos ill keep watching as I do to beat this thing
Thanks for the tutorial. Really the most important thing it timing in this level. However I do not find those sniper towers useful, instead I build a green archery tower at the slot next to the bottom to have extra vine and an orange magic tower above it to reduce the enemy's armor.
Since enemies turn into skeletons when they die, ive figured that shooting meteors only when a bunch enemies walk in front of the graveyard is important, as the spawned skeletons are killed immediately by the fire on the ground. :)
Thank you for posting this video. I'm about to see if I can finally win this challenge. I did not notice the skeletons increasing when I kill other things but I know a player gets "punished" with more skeletons when one uses the fire bomb. I also noticed that with the zombies on that Rotten Forest. I guess should have waited to comment after I play your strategy but I'm hopped up on caffeine.
The key to this is the upper most tree. That tree is what really slows some of the big waves down enough. As long as you get a tree in that position many different configurations will work. I prefer putting mage towers along the right side and an archer at the right entrance to help kill the necromancers. I put two sets of spearmen right at the entrance and when they come out I meteor the entrance and it always kills at least 3 is not all 4 of them.
@@whiterunguard5633 wait what? Was there an update? I remember using tesla on this level... Well I played on casual but sure as hecc I could place artillery.
Ja, czyli ja, ale nie powiem kto No, it’s always been like that. In every iron challenge there’s usually a couple of towers that are restricted and in this case it is the artillery.
My device is jailbroken, and use the Display Recorder app from the Cydia App Store. But it causes some lag so I'm thinking about recording the next game by using Airplay to send to my Mac and record it through that.
I played this map 40 times. Used this strat and the one the game recommends. I've followed both exactly. Upgraded everything that exact same way, built in the same places, used skills at the same time and I have been unable to win. Doesn't make any sense.
I know this is two months old now, but incase anyone is wondering this strat does work on iOS. The KEY is how much enemy’s you kill with ur meteor. First meteor kill 2 big guys. Second meteor the lone big red demon. Third meteor kill 2 necromancers(try to hit two necros while one of them is in summoning animation). Fourth meteor kill 2-3 big red demons. Fifth meteor kill the enemies furthest advanced troops (I think I used it as soon as cool down was done) Took me 2 nights but this video helped. Idk if it matters but I built a golem before I built sniper towers.
also try using the two spells for the summoners, you help them regroup, unless you have problems with the flying tirds, but im glad you could manage carelessly without minding much of the summons (vines) ofc this is the easiest part, (prob should focus everything for the hardest part and struggle a bit more early) to balance the problem
I've beaten every Iron Challenge level on Hard except for The Dark Tower - on Hard, that Iron Challenge has kicked my ass on the second swarm of the big guys, no matter what combination or strategy I come up with. So frustrating. lol
woaw best video ever, thx that actually make sence, blow them but not too much, and ya the vines but no poison, funny you took gunners but not aoe explosive? (i wanted to try that xD full)
Anki is correct - there are indeed healing shamans on this level, and I also noticed their absence. There should be four of them coming from the left, just before the demon incursion. That being said, I also noticed that the choice of green/blue archer tower is reversed here, left for right. Could it be that this was an earlier/Beta version of the game? Or - noticing that there's a white flash rather than a cursor arrow - is it perhaps the mobile version (which I understand does have some differences)?
@@mikephoenix1992 he changed the title it,s the mobile version, no matter what it frickin took me 6 days to beat it. I made it so it ignored the demons as long as possible with the sorcerers and palidins Then I killed the skeletons with the meteor and then killed the demons with muskets

I had NO idea that the skeletons were related to killing enemies. WOW, this level makes a lot more sense now. Thanks!

Gonna test that now. Spent almost a day on this iron challenge. Thx for the tip and yes, more is welcome :)
Thanks for all your uploads mate. I was stuck with a few levels on hard difficult and your walkthroughs were a great help!
Holy shit dude i thought this level on iron challenge was impossible. Thanks for the vid

Thanks. Glad I could help. I understand focusing on one tower. I kinda overdo it with the green archery towers.

This level its a nightmare itself
DarkAgeOutlaw: lets use archers and meteors to get rid of skeletons
Tesla: *shocked*
You can’t use the artillery on this level

You don't need artillery this level. I reset my upgrades and maxed out the other items. Thank you finally did it 👍
You are proooo men .. thank you for this video
I did found this VERY helpfull! Hardest level so far!

No artillery allowed in this mode, thats why...
on iphone doesn't work :(. followed it seconds by seconds. But no way. The size of the wave at 2:45 is just much bigger
king denas vs vez'nan, when i tried that king denas be getting bodied instantly lol
Thank you. Hello from Russia. Now I should try it myself...
are you sure this is hard? couse i don't see any healing shaman on the left side...
because there are not healing shaman on that level

It seems like i need some extreme luck with the extra meteors to have a chance.....
Now hang on there! I get more enemies in this level! There is a set of 4 shaman's that is non existand in this video.
you are insane
Thanks
ya that guy commented on the shaman healer hes right i dont see them in your video

Come on, they did buff the level, now it’s almost impossible to win it by following your video, I had to be genuine and even then I couldn’t beat it..
