Then I started to pay attention and he is right! We may struggle to do a winged eyeliner, but our hooded eyes have a unique sultry ness!
So true about the sultriness! Especially the old Hollywood glamorous women, which are my favorite! I have a different eye shape and so often we want what we don’t have but hooded eyes really do have that sultry glamorous vibe. I agree about the inspiration. That chartreuse green has my heart ❤ yeah, I hear ya re hooded eyes. I have always loved the shape Jen Luvs does with her eyeshadow, where she puts the darker outer shade higher and closer in rather than on the outer corner (if that makes sense) but haven’t managed to recreate it correctly yet. I honestly think the intensifeyes for me was the product that made me able to work better with my hooded eyes. A game changer! Love this looooook 🎉
The glaminatrix nearly natural pallet is by far my pallet of the year! I do have a sizable collection however I have to force myself to put this sucker down and use my other stuff!! it is absolutely stunning and it was definitely well worth the wait!

So much to say in this comment (sorry lol). First, that foundation looks amazing (well the whole look does!). I'd love to see a side by side with the Nars light reflecting. I want to use that up first before I try this one. I've been watching loads of Hannah's videos. Like for you, her approach has made me much more confident about my hooded eyes. I've started smudging the eye shadow upwards and it really helps! I also love sparkly, grungey looks. I bought the Nars summer ('Unrated', I think...) palette, and I love it. The same with the blush palette. I think the holiday one is too similar but the quality is the same from what I've seen. Last, but no means least! I really enjoy these relaxed, chatty longer grwm videos with you. Its so nice to chill, with a glass of vino and feel like I'm there having a chat with you 😄💕 keep up the great work!

My fave eyebrow gel is ABH, brow pencil is Huda, I just ordered my 4th one in the Sephora sale. OMG! I also have hooded eyes and I'm happy seeing how you use palettes like the Pat McGrath and not shy away. I only tried one and done looks cause I thought more complex looks didn't make sense on my hooded eyes and watching you inspired me. I'm going to pick my first eyeshadow palette soon and try some eye looks.
Oh I'm so happy I can you in anyway! One of the great things about hooded eyes is you can really go for it and because you can't always see the shadow when our eyes are open it lets you get really creative and still look super wearable 💗💗💗
First of all, that look is beautiful! I love the mix of green you added! STUNNING! I bought that palette and its the most beautiful basic bitch palette ever!! I love it!! The shimmers are super sparkly!! I'm glad you have hooded eyes cuz if not then it would be hard to duplicate your looks and the way you explain how to with you eyeshadow application is perfect for us hooded eye women! I've come to accept mine too. I have deep set eyes as well as hooded so I find taking my shadow higher toward browbone helps accentuate the look! Eventually, one of these days I'll get a blepharplasty ( I hope I spelled it right) cuz the skin on my eyelids is getting creypy and loose making it harder to blend. I just wanna be able to do my eyeshadow as long as possible and continue to use color, shimmers and sparkle. As for the new Nars release, I'm not into the blush palette, only cuz I have 2 of their holiday palettes and 8 singles LOL. If you don't have any blushes from Nars then I think you will Love it! The eyeshadow palette is pretty with the pops of lavendar and I really wanna pick it up. I need to see more reviews on how well the formula is tho. As for Brows, I literally draw mine in everyday.... ughhh. I over plucked them in high-school when thin brows were the "in" thing ( the 90's) and they just never grew back. So I don't use any product except a brow pencil and a brow pen, usually, ABH, Urban Decay or NYX pencils and pens. I hope you feel better after getting your iron transfusion! I hear good things about different types of vitamin infusions and the positive effects from having them.

I'm also considering a lower facelift in the nxt 5 years. Gravity w age is coming way to fast and I wanna look as young as I feel. But one day.... I can only start saving now....
I want to purchase the haus labs foundation but choosing a shade is damn hard with this one…. The closest Sephora is a four hour around trip and that’s without traffic ERRG so frustrating

I have since tried the NYX thicket Sticket thickening Brow mascara this summer and it is absolutely incredible! I don't have to use a pencil or an extra gel to set it it fills in everything with the fibers and the sparse areas while at the same time when it dries it sets everything down beautifully absolutely love it! Hopefully they never discontinue it you should definitely try it if you haven't yet!
I tried the Fenty Cream blushes when they first released. That duo looks cute, but if the formula is the same they disappear way too quickly on my combo skin. Loved the finished look and glad you used the Glaminatrix palette today. It looks spectacular. My only complaint for my personal preference is some of those shades are a little too glittery for me and I get fallout with my hooded eyes no matter which primer or glitter glue I use.
Hmm I'm interested in the formula of the fenty one cos it does feel very oily. Shall see how it goes when I try it. That's a shame about the glitter shades for your eyes, their my fav ones 😍💗💗

Totally get you. Around 24 I went to the Mac store to get my makeup done and buy some new makeup. The makeup artist that was doing my eye makeup and said “you have hooded eyes what’s the point of eyeshadow”. I was devastated and didn’t like my eye shape for a long time. I’m guessing the artist didn’t have the proper experience for my eye shape and was frustrated and said something they shouldn’t have. Closer to 28 I did find TH-cam and work on application for my eye shape. I was able to see others with my eyes look pretty in eyeshadow. In my 30s I thought F it this is the way I look so what and I’ve been loving my eyes ever since. I can get away with dramatic looks on the daily and don’t regret it.

How does the BK AHF concealer brush compare to the Rare Beauty concealer one?

The makeup artist that was doing my eye makeup and said “you have hooded eyes what’s the point of eyeshadow”. I was devastated and didn’t like my eye shape for a long time. I’m guessing the artist didn’t have the proper experience for my eye shape and was frustrated and said something they shouldn’t have. Closer to 28 I did find TH-cam and work on application for my eye shape. I was able to see others with my eyes look pretty in eyeshadow. In my 30s I thought F it this is the way I look so what and I’ve been loving my eyes ever since. I can get away with dramatic looks on the daily and don’t regret it.
Aw that's horrible that they did that to you :( I'm glad your doing the looks now cos I do agree we can get away with more dramatic looks all the time which makes it fun! 💗💗💗

Love the look and the entire video. I love everything Vieve except the extremely painfully slow shipping. In ordered some lip products it feels like forever ago and I’m still waiting. That’s why I ‘m holding off on purchasing the eyeshadow palette. I will wait for you to review it.

I hate those stupid nets that they put into loose powder the huda beauty, easy bake powders have them and I always rip them out. I can’t stand it like let me live and let me get as much powder as I please I literally just dip my whole sponge into the container 😂😂😂
