saying “quality of life will be drastically different” is extremely exaggerated. I live in boca for almost a decade, I lived east, west north south.. I know the city pretty well. Everywhere in boca will be fine except the mobile home community west 441 but even there is way better than most hoods in florida There are good and bad things east/west. Depends on your area looking for. You probably live east and think you are better than who live west. I know plenty of snobs and karens that think that way. You never lived west don’t talk shit about what you don’t know.

West has a lot more of a clubhouse centered vibe and more country clubs while the east has older neighborhoods without as many gated communities. When you help people move into the area, there are some things that they MUST have and without them… their quality of life is greatly impacted. I agree that there are so many great places to live in Boca and it wouldn’t be much different. But for some people, they must have certain things.
