I store food items in glass jars and to label them *I cut the package they came in and put the name of the product in or on* the jar. King Arthur’s flour, for example, in my kitchen you’d see a small, cutout of their label on the jar. You might think it would be visually noisy but it’s not bad. Melody’s system of clear labels is slick but for those who want to label with what they own, try cutting a small part of the packaging and apply it to the container. Thank you Melody!!
Your under the sink area is more elegant than my above sink area lol. Baking soda never looked so inviting. Would make cleaning feel more pleasant to see that. I need to make my cleaning stuff prettier.
Melody you got me hooked on vegan tacos!!! I add some frozen artichokes for some bulk. Try replacing the taco seasoning with making your own! The Emeril Cajun seasoning is good and easy without the additives/preservatives :) recipe below: Use either tsp or Tbsp... 2 1/2 paprika powder 2 cayenne powder 2 garlic powder 1onion powder 1 ground black pepper 1 oregano 3/4 thyme powder 1/2 to 1 salt (per your taste)

I really love to be organized , but sometimes we can go to the extreme of being overorganized. I have a family and i am organized but I think that we have to be careful to not overdo it because we have to be present, we have to enjoy life. To be organized like this when you live alone seems almost a way of fiiling a void...
I agree that it's much different when you live with one more person, even more so with children. You need a lot more food in your house, fridge, and freezer. If you have a dishwashing machine you might not fill it every day, so you need more dishes, utencils, silverware, etc. When you live with others you just need more of EVERYTHING. If you live alone you know things will be put back in place and its so much easier to keep a house clean. If I lived alone my house would look as great as Melody's because I love to organize, too. I have to settle for semi- organized and uncluttered. But I have used some of her ideas, which I appreciate.
Gen g, Filling a void? As a child I learned ' a place for everything & everything in it's place'. As an adult, my family & co-workers understand & agree that in a shared space, sharing equipment, supplies, etc., putting things back where they belong saves time & promotes productivity. Simply preferring/enjoying organization isn't necessarily about filling a void.✌💖👍👑
I had to pause the video to comment on complimenting you on your new look! I love the way you have grown out the hair a bit, and doing the brunette to blonde transition, gradually. First you were a vegan looking beach girl with your waist length straight hair and now you are a blonde bombshell! And don't take that as anything but a compliment, you look fantastic and there is everything right with that, we evolve and change inside and out. I heard once when I was younger that a woman's body changes every 7 years, not sure why but I've found it to be mostly true! That said, I haven't caught one of your uploads in awhile, and I liked the under the cabinet lighting, makes the kitchen a lot brighter! OK now back to the video, but one more thing, that red dress? Oh lala!!!! Buy it in every color, worth having a few of them!

Hey Melody, you can get rid of that special brownie tin by just pouring the brownie batter into the cupcake tin instead.
