I could do without the other dudes, if I’m going to listen to some random morons read off Wikipedia and Reddit it’s got to at least be a Philly comedian
The bridge guy came from south through the woods and he got to the girls and walked past them.. He walked toward the north end he then turned around. He then was able to cut them off from running back over the bridge.
When I heard that they caught someone, the first thought that came to my mind was what does mike think of this. This was a good one. Not so many laughs but very informative. Definitely make more episodes with these guys in the future!
They said he must of brought them back across the Southend of the bridge but he did say "down the hill" so they must of went down the hill at the northend.
This case was/is a haunting one, but it’s looking more and more like the true tragic thing it will be remembered for is the police’s mishandling of it. You guys broke it down well, but the amount of coincidences, the police sketch debacle, the refusal to release evidence or info that would objectively help…something just feels like these guys went in with the true intention of solving the case (I don’t think there’s any conspiracy here) but fucked up somewhere along the way and have prolonged justice and the torturous non-closure for the families when it seems, in certain areas, that they might have had the ability to do or make something public much sooner. Just a feeling I get. This didn’t have to be a six year-long thing, it feels like. I’m no cop or expert, though. Just adding more useless armchair conjecture.
I wonder how much the “true crime” internet movement hindered and delayed justice? When you have thousands of internet water-heads flooding a department with false tips and accusations the amount of time police waste following up on nonsense leads must be a factor
Long time listener first time caller, love the cast and get Zac Amico back on, he is a perfect fit for thos
Agreed. Born stinker.
