Personally my least favourite episode of the show was Candace gets Busted. Candace’s unfair treatment in that episode was insane. Thank you for reminding me this exists for it to be my new least favourite episode.
Yeah, that's what I was going to say. The musical part in Brazilian P&F's so good, it's unfair "Volta, Perry" not be here instead of this badly sung version. But only "Bem-Vindo a Tóquio" and a recorded from TV screen version of "Volta, Perry" are on TH-cam from the original airing of Cliptástico 2 in Brazil.
I just wanna come here and defend something real quick as a person who grew up with the latin spanish dub. Most songs are actually on a range from pretty good to ok, but looking back on a LOT of them, holy fuck did the voice actor who did Phineas did not know how to sing at all and it shows. Doesn't help that in recent years we found out he was a giant creep lol
The animation isn't ugly just used in the wrong way Flash isn't really a shortcut for making easier animations but rather as an alternative to handrawn animation Such a misuse of an otherwise amazing software

man, I remember being so confused when I watched this episode when it first aired. I think I one point I asked my dad if Kelly Osbourne was related to Ozzie Osbourne since I at least knew who he was thanks to the music my dad listens to
The Latin american dubs of P&F songs were pretty good, except for Phineas voice actor singing horribly. Most Latin people my age can still remember a couple bangers.
When I was rewatching all of P&F for the first time since my childhood a few years ago, it was actually the first time that I have seen this episode, because it never even aired in my country. Most likely due to the cultural difference and even less children knowing who Kelly Osborne is, rather than it being bad, but either way it turned out for the better, lol.
I actually remember Disney Channel almost rigging the first countdown. Like a week before the episode came out they put out an ad showing a snippet of the results. They encouraged kids to vote for Gitchy gitchy goo over backyard beach. This was presumably because backyard beach was winning but didn't have an extended version like gitchy gitchy goo did. And that gitchy gitchy goo was already probably was seen as the clear winner since they already had animation done for the episode of the mind controlled audience clapping to the song. (But this all just a theory)
I remember watching this when it premiered. I don't even remember my original thoughts on it, just that #5 was Summer Where Do We Begin, #3 was Platypus Controlling Me, and the #1 spot. I actually was curious if this episode actually existed because I can't find it anywhere. Thanks for confirming for me that I'm not crazy. And thanks for answering the questions of why I hardly remember it and why I can't find it anywhere.
I just recognized Osburne as her last name and wow her dad is Ozzy, the man who bit heads off bats (maybe that's why Kelly wasn't the greatest host in this)
There’s something about Mission Marvel that has been bugging me. After getting their powers drained, Thor can’t wield Mjolnir because his powers are gone. Then, after getting their powers switched, Iron Man tries to wield Thor’s hammer, but Thor says he can’t because “it’s about worthiness, not strength.” But do you see the problem here? Thor basically debunked the whole reason for why he shouldn’t be able to lift the hammer in the same episode! Sure he said it became too heavy, but yet later on he says what I quoted above. So he should still have no problem lifting it!!! What is this logic?! 😂
Out of universe reason:Dan and Swampy were originally going to have Iron Man use Mjolnir but the marvel execs shot it down Possible In-universe reason:Mjolnir is made a heavy metal that would require superhuman strength even if unenchanted, so while Thor is still worthy he’s not physically capable of weilding it
@@shaykhmhssi3246 but Thor literally said “It’s about worthiness, not strength.” So super strength being needed really makes no sense. Plus it’s never mentioned needing it in the comics or any other media. The only thing mentioned is worthiness. Plus those who have picked it up, mention how light weight it is
@@shaykhmhssi3246 either way it’s never been mentioned before about needing super strength. Otherwise it wouldn’t be able to go to anyone who is worthy as whoever is worthy would need super strength. Plus not to mention Iron Man tried calling the hammer to him, not picking it up
At 11:38 you can't blame the dub, it's actually really good, it's just the clipshow did a really bad job on the audio, which to their credit, is pretty hard to do without re-dubbing each and every song.
Truth be told the real reason is not the clipshow: from what I can tell, latin america rereleased a good version of this song for the soundtrack etc. But the tv version of the song was terrible.
What if Phineas and Ferb had a live-action green-screen reboot with costumed characters in animated backgrounds? A sequel to the unproduced feature film?
You know what? I can see them rigging it too, like if they were going to rig it to any song, it would be the one from their movie that is about the character who is essentially the face of Phineas and Ferb as a brand
I thought you were going to talk about the episode with My Name Is Doof, which was brilliant in my opinion, but then i learned there was the other one that was bad. I have never seen it so I assume it wasn't translated to my country (Czech Republic).
I'd argue the Simpsons only has FIVE Clip shows. "Behind The Laughter" shouldn't count as though you do see clips from previous episodes A. They're under a minute long of the overall runtime and B. They're just done to talk more about the show in general not because the episode is centered around just taking clips from previous episodes to fill the run time. It should also be noted that really outside of shows being particularly meta about it I don't think clip shows are really a think most modern cartoons really do at all. Outside of forced compliation bits like this or those Gumball retrospectives done when CN was trying to have "some" new Gumball content as they were arguing over the team about making more of the show and what not.
I'm from Mexico and I want to better explain the theme of the special made for Latin America and Brazil, since there are 2 versions of the episode, and I don't mean by area, but by channel, the one shown in the video was the episode that came out on Disney XD, which was with a presenter but it was very fast and with cgi animation between songs, but the Disbey Channel is missing, which is no longer on YT due to Copyright issues, in Latin America we had a program called Zapping Zone, which was hosted by people in which they had sections, games and the series of the moment were broadcast, such as Hanna Montana or Wizards of Weberly Plaze, and obviously Phineas and Ferb, this program lasted about 2 hours each and the special was a special program showing the songs on top and putting new episodes and episodes of phineas and ferb, that in fact, that special has a story and plot and it was MUCH better than this live action
@@josefagomezschmeisser8356 yo si lo recuerdo, de hecho lo vi en TH-cam varias veces, fue muy divertido, aunque igual este no se escapa de polémicas por los votos
@@Sato_97_ The Zapping Zone one was a completely different event, dude. It was actually named "Cliptastic 2", this one was called "Cliptastic 3". It also happened in Spain and Portugal, all of which in 2011. Also, Cliptastic 2 wasn't an episode, it didn't have any story, and it was actually criticized by Latin American and Brazilian fans. The "CGI animation" is just a visual they used for generic promos on that year, by the way.
I think it's amazing that even six months after this premiered it was impossible to find online or on any streaming platforms iirc (and the whole show was on Netflix at the time). They knew immediately after it aired that it was absolute garbage. Also there is no way Everything's Better With Perry was number one. It's a great song, but it does not capture the essence of the show like Summer Belongs to You (or even Summer, Where Do We Begin?). The moment I saw it as number one I understood we had been bamboozled.
@@el_mismisimo_sr.x it is basically a second rate fan fiction. Phineas and Ferb don't even build anything. Not to mention that the idea that Phineas and Ferb need to go to College is ridiculous to me. I will give it some credit though. The Doofenshmirtz midlife crisis side story is pretty good.
I went into this episode in watching the entire series thinking it couldn’t be that bad. The second Doof had his off model mouth just in the middle of his chin, I was willing to admit I had been wrong. Like, I think, to give a tiny shred of positivity, some of Doof and Monogram’s dialogue was chuckle worthy. The “story” though, and Kelly and Maia’s appearances were… not. Not a one laugh from them did I make. And going by the comment question- Candace Gets Busted is the worst episode, if only for the ending. As said, I’ve been working through the whole run before the revival and every episode has been largely enjoyable, even if not peak Phineas and Ferb. And Candace Gets Busted is no exception- the episode has a number of funny gags, the song is a decent one, it’s a good episode up until then ending. The ending just feels mean spirited to Candace by way of the writers. She didn’t even want to have the party in the first place and tried controlling the chaos. Not to mention Lawrence and Linda just don’t give Candace the five seconds that would have explained everything. Granted, she didn’t exactly try and END the party, so Candace getting in trouble isn’t unwarranted… but her parents never even let her get THAT FAR. But I think the worst part of the episode is just how, unlike many episodes where Candace is put through the wringer- there’s no silver lining, no small little Jeremy moment consoling her, nothing beyond Phineas telling her she threw the best party of the summer which feels like a hollow consolation considering Candace never wanted the party and was punished for it. It really feels like the writers wanted to subvert the usual formula by having Candace get in trouble instead of trying to get her brothers in trouble, but weren’t willing to commit to Candace doing anything wrong to warrant it. And going back to the pinned comment- Remains of the Platypus is just Out of Context Moment compilations on TH-cam before they took off. It’s fun, a string of weird clips explaining how the episode got where it did at the intro. Mission Marvel is up there for weak episodes, though. Forced conflict that actually feels out of character for Phineas, Isabella just kinda gets thrown out of the story just for “boys ignoring the girls” nonsense, and just… a boring crossover with these characters. It’s still got enough solid moments to be enjoyable, but it’s just one of the weaker episodes.
i'm really glad someone is shitting on Phineas spanish actor (Memo Aponte) that man is a rabbit hole by himself and i hate his singing, i don´t think anyone is ready for the kind of shit this man has done.

I wouldn't call Candace against the universe awful... It was more just meh than awful... It felt like one of the episodes of late season 4 when they were running out of ideas
Yeah, when why I first saw this countdown, I raise my eyebrow when it turn out Everything's Better with Perry was number one. Like, it's a great song, but ask any Phineas and Ferb which song from the show is the most iconic, the answer most often will be Summer Belongs to You. Would does answer speak mostly due to popularity than quality? Maybe, that this countdown is actually base on popularity XD. I mean, I can tottaly see Perry song being "better", it's basicly subjective taste, but Summer Belongs to You is the facto the most popular one, so not being number 1 just felt off. I mean, in previous countdown Gitchee Gitchee Goo song was number 1, because that was the biggest song at the time. I'm not sure if it was rigged because it was Kelly Osbourne's favourite song as she claimed, cause I don't know how much geniune that is, but considering this episode did air before voting ended it, yeah it seems pretty likely.

This clip show was definitely rigged in Kelly Whatshername’s favor. No offense to Everything’s Better With Perry, (good song by the way) but it was cheated into an unfair win! As a Phineas & Ferb fan, I am outraged!
I don’t even think it was rigged in her favor, I think it was rigged in Disney’s favor
@@PurpleSparklesHeart Maybe both?
The first musical count down was good, but I didn’t know this second one existed
If platypus controlling me was number one, it would’ve been the best episode.
Based Partrick pfp
Also yeah, I agree.
Personally my least favourite episode of the show was Candace gets Busted. Candace’s unfair treatment in that episode was insane. Thank you for reminding me this exists for it to be my new least favourite episode.
That's not even mentioning the fact it gives away what happens at the end.
And it tries to make it poetic justice by having Candace act rude to her brothers
This episode is actually really great, just as long as you cut out everything that isn't the clips themselves
If I had a nickel for every if I had a nickel joke I would have 7 nickels which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it only happened 7 times
If P&F ever makes a third countdown episode, hopefully, they do it right like the first one. Making the second one must've been a disaster. 😮💨
this is a certified hood disaster
11:38 Okay just to let everyone know... That is NOT the brazilian dub guys, the actual brazilian dub is actually pretty good, not this thing :v
Yes, that was latam Spanish, an overall was great
Yeah, that's what I was going to say.
Yes, that's the awful Latin American dub xD
I just wanna come here and defend something real quick as a person who grew up with the latin spanish dub. Most songs are actually on a range from pretty good to ok, but looking back on a LOT of them, holy fuck did the voice actor who did Phineas did not know how to sing at all and it shows. Doesn't help that in recent years we found out he was a giant creep lol
You know what they say: "The worst episodes of Phineas and Ferb are the ones you didn't watch."
At first I thought you were talking about the first cliptastic countdown and I was ready to throw hands.
To this day, I am still slightly disappointed that Summer Belongs to You wasn't number 1.
3:33 Did I just see the word "canonically", when describing something in this special? Words cannot describe my offense.
I still wish it was on Disney+, just because I haven't seen it since it aired.
It's not on there due to fan outrage and many controversies surrounding Osborne.
The animation isn't ugly just used in the wrong way
Flash isn't really a shortcut for making easier animations but rather as an alternative to handrawn animation
Such a misuse of an otherwise amazing software
I remember watching this episode when it came out and I was just like “wtf is going on” the whole way through
I remember my brother and I were catching up on the series in preparation for the finale and when we got to this episode, he hated it so much he didn't even want to finish watching the episode.
If you want to see Kelly in a way better role i highly recommend to see her as Hildy Gloom in The 7D she did an amazing job there
I can feel it...
THE NOSTALGIA
7Ds is underrated. The show was so funny xD
@@Feurigel1806 yeah, i used to watch it all the time
@@XiaoIsMyHusbandBTW I've always watched it on Disney XD when it aired in my country for the first time ^^
Sadly they shut down Disney XD where I live and no other channel airs it here anymore :/
I should've brought up that she was on that Disney Channel show at the time!
I never knew that this episode existed because believe it or not, it was never aired in Poland. So good for us, right?
nothing will top “my name is doof and you’ll do what i say” woop woop
Everyone's talking about how big Doof and Monogram look next to live-action people, but I like to see it as an unintentional reference to how the entire (cartoon) world enlarged in size at the end of Attack Of The 50ft Sister. I guess the effect just never reached the real world?
No wonder I never knew this existed until now. Normally even at its weakest, this show is still good, but this looks awful.
man, I remember being so confused when I watched this episode when it first aired. I think I one point I asked my dad if Kelly Osbourne was related to Ozzie Osbourne since I at least knew who he was thanks to the music my dad listens to
Is she?
@@gracekim1998 Yes actually! She's one of his kids
For such a brilliantly written show, this was just woof.
This is a certified TH-camr crossover moment
i didn't even know this existed but now i'm starting to think my brain blocked this out to spare myself from eternal damnation
I watched this video immediately after the 5 hour family guy review. I cannot escape LS Mark
His name is mark and you'll do what he says WOOT WOOT
9:08
You have to pause at the right time. But if you do, you'll see that they listed Backyard Beach twice in a row.
Jeez this is rough...
this episode never even got translated to my language lmao
😭
teach me
This episode is so bad I didn't even know it existed until now. I don't think it was ever on Netflix.
3:04, I never actually saw the second one
I remember watching this when it premiered. I don't even remember my original thoughts on it, just that #5 was Summer Where Do We Begin, #3 was Platypus Controlling Me, and the #1 spot. I actually was curious if this episode actually existed because I can't find it anywhere. Thanks for confirming for me that I'm not crazy.
And thanks for answering the questions of why I hardly remember it and why I can't find it anywhere.
The one thing this episode has going for it, is the thin line-art.
I just recognized Osburne as her last name and wow her dad is Ozzy, the man who bit heads off bats (maybe that's why Kelly wasn't the greatest host in this)
just one bat
I’m always for a great LS Mark collaboration!
LS Mark is a jerk face who is only negative and rude. But whatever floats your boat. I guess.
LS mark meets the 2nd dimension, best crossover on the internet now. Also I enjoyed the 2 music countdown.
I’m so happy you are collabing with smaller creators and bringing light to them. Thank you so much.
Out of universe reason:Dan and Swampy were originally going to have Iron Man use Mjolnir but the marvel execs shot it down
Possible In-universe reason:Mjolnir is made a heavy metal that would require superhuman strength even if unenchanted, so while Thor is still worthy he’s not physically capable of weilding it
@@shaykhmhssi3246 but Thor literally said “It’s about worthiness, not strength.” So super strength being needed really makes no sense. Plus it’s never mentioned needing it in the comics or any other media. The only thing mentioned is worthiness. Plus those who have picked it up, mention how light weight it is
@@evantgm1055Except iron man is trying to summon the hammer not just lift it.
@@evantgm1055 I rechecked the episode, thor says "power", not strength.
@@shaykhmhssi3246 either way it’s never been mentioned before about needing super strength. Otherwise it wouldn’t be able to go to anyone who is worthy as whoever is worthy would need super strength. Plus not to mention Iron Man tried calling the hammer to him, not picking it up
If they didn't include platypus controlling me I'm offended
At 11:38 you can't blame the dub, it's actually really good, it's just the clipshow did a really bad job on the audio, which to their credit, is pretty hard to do without re-dubbing each and every song.
Truth be told the real reason is not the clipshow: from what I can tell, latin america rereleased a good version of this song for the soundtrack etc. But the tv version of the song was terrible.
What if Phineas and Ferb had a live-action green-screen reboot with costumed characters in animated backgrounds? A sequel to the unproduced feature film?
This episode was so bad it wasn’t on ether Disney plus or Netflix
You know what? I can see them rigging it too, like if they were going to rig it to any song, it would be the one from their movie that is about the character who is essentially the face of Phineas and Ferb as a brand
I didn’t even know this episode existed until today
OR: they had her say several different number one songs in order and hashed the right one into the edit
that could've been the case, but if so kelly is probably lying about her favorite song
@@The2ndDimension 😱
I thought you were going to talk about the episode with My Name Is Doof, which was brilliant in my opinion, but then i learned there was the other one that was bad. I have never seen it so I assume it wasn't translated to my country (Czech Republic).
I'd argue the Simpsons only has FIVE Clip shows. "Behind The Laughter" shouldn't count as though you do see clips from previous episodes
A. They're under a minute long of the overall runtime and
Thanks for the clarification! Always interesting to hear from people what it was like to be a fan of the show in another country
This was not great, but "Act Your Age" is still my least favorite episode.
Why tho?
@@el_mismisimo_sr.x it is basically a second rate fan fiction. Phineas and Ferb don't even build anything. Not to mention that the idea that Phineas and Ferb need to go to College is ridiculous to me.
I will give it some credit though. The Doofenshmirtz midlife crisis side story is pretty good.
Summer belongs to you was better in my opinion, I actually remember saying that when I was a kid watching the episode.
The vouging joke would have worked if it ended with Doof’s ”it wasn’t a secret” line
I never knew this episode existed...
"they had a second cliptastic in brazil" *proceeds to show it in spanish* im gonna scream
Never liked Candace against the universe. Had high hopes because the first movie absolutely blew my mind as a kid. Guess I am not a kid anymore
i'm really glad someone is shitting on Phineas spanish actor (Memo Aponte) that man is a rabbit hole by himself and i hate his singing, i don´t think anyone is ready for the kind of shit this man has done.
I woke up, saw this video, and I know love life.
Ok, i had no idea we had a different cliptastic in latin América- i was just so confused during the whole video and i also was like “wait wasnt come home Perry the no1?” Who would have thought that we just had a whole different one-
Well, atleast the animation in that episode is better than the fairly odd parents 2022 one..

I am have seen every episode of P&F at least 30 times and have never even heard of this episode, nor did I ever see in air on cable as a kid
The first one was great not sure why they fumbled the second so badly and Im pretty sure Come Home Perry was in the original top 10 episode Also if they're gonna have S'Winter twice on Disney+ the repeated one shoulda been titled Wummer
I wouldn't call Candace against the universe awful... It was more just meh than awful... It felt like one of the episodes of late season 4 when they were running out of ideas
The greatest crossover doesn't exi.....
I never knew they had a second clip show. I loved first one but no clue about the second.
Yooo 2 of youtubers that are awesome in one vid!!! Liked this youtube crossover more than the episode you were talking about
It wasn’t even put on Netflix with the rest of the show
Thank God I never saw this as a child
