When you move the downbeat to the second note(upstroke) do you tap your foot? So where ever you put the downbeat you would tap your foot at that point? Thanks

Yes, the difference between the accents practice where you ALWAYS tap your foot on 1. In this method you keep CHANGING the starting point/downbeat. So whatever note in the loop you're starting on, that's where the down beat is and hence where your foot should be. Let me know if that helps!
Hi Jon, may I ask you how is your experience - excercise in sitting position and than playing in staying position? I have big troubles whit it for a long time🤷♂️🤦♂️, thnx a lot for your view and advise if possible🙏

I think this is a side-effect of youtube. I honestly don`t like them that much either (although they don`t bother me), but I think most people really even expect them to be in there, otherwise they will think the video is too boring...
