Thats cool mate some good punches too. Before my life got teared down my fiancee cheated and left med after 10 years i had a top ten punching bag 70 kg 180cm long i miss it hehe
Well good riddance to her mate, thank God it happened before you tied the knot, bought a house and had kids. Yea, every dude needs to visit the punching bag every once in a while.
Hey Mr Bear, got my 15V Manix today, it's great ! It's obvious the sharpening wasn't done by you though (between 15° and 17.5°, but still super sharp), I wish 😊 I saw that you sharpened one at 13°/side and it was holding up nicely. Was thinking or just putting it to 15°/side and call it a day, but maybe I should not be scared... With your 15V, do you think a mirror polish is important or is a working edge just as suitable ? And also, does 15V microchip on coarse diamond stones or is it more like a "normal" steel when sharpening and sharpens just fine ? Thanks for your time, any insight much appreciated !
@@FearNoSteel Thanks also I am curious, why don't they use those robots in the Golden factory to sharpen your limited edition knives, is it related to some sharpening requirements of the 15V steel ? I thought we could get more constant edges that way...
@@FearNoSteel I found these trideer 16oz gloves at a liquidation store in Azusa for like 5 bucks, they're 30 online I think it was a good deal lol Looks good, keep it up boss
Hell yeah dawg, That's a great deal, what's interesting is that the boxing gloves have finite use; the padding gets packed down over time, so IMHO get em cheap and wear em out.
@@FearNoSteel Newbie question: punching that bag with bare fists is probably not a good idea? Asking for a friend (actually, eyed a similar looking bag at my local gym but thought twice to punch it without a pair of gloves).
me trying to get a manix in 15v in knifeswap
Lol dang
I still got one.. BNIB.
I know the feeling (though I wasn't as fortunate...gotta keep buggin Spyderco to make this a regular featured steel).
Looks like that right hook will go thru a cinderblock. Heaven help anyone whos inside those combos.
