Was not expecting some HoH2. Very cool. Crackshell do pixel graphics so well and this game is looking great. Shame H2 didn't work out but glad they are returning to Heroes.
I played an Aussie coded dwarf in a DnD campaign (am Aussie), and it was a hoot, getting drop a bunch of dinky-di true-blue Australianisms into the RP was pretty fun. When you think about it, alcohol and mining are two things Aussies share with dwarves (95% of the worlds opals come from Aus), so it wasn't much of a stretch and it meant the DM got to take a break from the thick put-on Scottish accent that usually gets done. Now that I think of it, why did I assume this character was a dwarf??
I'd appreciate to see some sort of an outline for pickups, they easily blend with the environment and I easily miss them, especially outside of the caves. Maybe it's due to me playing on ROG Ally, tho
Game looks nice, quick, responsive. Gameplay looks great. I personally did not like how enemies blend in with env. Even outside (on surface) but especially in the caves. In my opinion certain enemies could blend in and surprise you. But most should be more clear.. Maybe having more color or contrast or some small border around the models or even more discreet different color shadow..
Yeah I think I agree - for the most part I'm loving the pixel art, and the animations are incredible, but some of the enemies (namely the giant plants) are hard to spot.
Seems OK, and the vegetation's pixel animations look impressive. Not a fan of the permanent vertical progression, though. I don't think this is something I would play. Then again, I am very picky with action games. Streets of Rogue, Nuclear Throne, Terraria... that's about all the action games I play.
the colors and lighting in this game are lovely
I played the heck out of the first game. This looks amazing. I'd be down for some more of this.
Yeah, I had a blast playing - I'll definitely do more with the next update/early access
Ah I love this game! Would definitely watch a full series!
Great to know! I'd love to make a series on it :)

I really enjoyed HoH2 way more than I expected! The demo has a bunch of content. I just finished the demo this afternoon, was a blast.
Also, yo demon!! I got your gifted. Thanks for the membership homie!!
@@FoodStampFredNo worries. TH-cam actually chose you at random from whoever was in stream at the time. Kinda cool.
@demonolithic weirdly enough I wasn't in the stream lol I was on my bike when I got the notification but jumped in afterwards
HoH 1 was an amazing little game, great for scraching that bullet hell itch with an fantasy twist.
It'll definetely be on my wishlist!
Never played the first one, but I hear good things. Looking forward to giving this a proper whirl once it's out
Didn't expect to see this either! Played so much of the first few games. Networking code was so sketchy but still loads of fun!
This is the first one I played, I'm wondering if it's worth going back to HoH1 to check it out!
This looks like a really cool game

I think because of the dodgy cockney accent, it comes across as a weird mix of Aussie/Scottish! The Australians long for the mines, I know.

Those are three bangers tbh!
Great video!
Would love to see you check out Elin!
I am addicted to Elin atm, definitely going to make a video soon!
@Rogue_Rat oh yeah! Totally expected, looking forward to this then!
