Great video! A couple of ideas for someone wanting to make one of these. Do the axle part first. That will hold the barrel in place so you can rotate it to do the layout and drill all of the holes. Secondly, I would mount the green squares on the inside with the nuts on the inside for a cleaner build. You may have to temporarily mount the square on the bottom to the outside until you make the hatch cut-out so you can reach the nuts.

How long does it take to the finished compost ?
After filling the compost tumble,it took 2-3 months to make compost.
