I remember watching the Party Crashers' videos on this game. They were...chaotic to say the least.

Couldn't hear how or if she ended that sentence. But this is a channel that has survived Mario Party, drunk Mario Party, COVID-19, and an extended hiatus due to IRL issues. I'm sure they'll be fine. Now, having posted this comment without finishing the video, what could possibly go wrong?

This was a fun little show. UNO is the card equivalent to Mario Party. It ruins friendships cuz we can be dicks
The challenge on the wild draw 4 is to balance it. You can only play the card if it's the only card you can play. This means that if the card you have to match is a red 7, then you can only play the wild draw 4 if you don't have a red card, a 7, or an ordinary wild card in your hand. If you do have a playable card in your hand besides the wild draw 4, and another player challenges it, then the person who played the draw 4, then the person who played the wild draw 4 has to draw 4 cards instead of you. If they didn't have any playable cards besides the wild draw 4, then you draw 6 instead of 4.

This was fantastic lmao. Wild Draw 4 cards are designed as a last ditch effort card, you're supposed to play it when you can't play anything else, but that brings in the mind games with challenging. If a player plays a draw 4 and the next player challenges it, the person who played the draw 4 shows their hand. If they could've played a different card in their hand, they have to draw 4. If they couldn't, the challenging player has to draw 6 instead

No, her proper debut (from what I can recall, at least) was the Home Safety Hotlines video for Halloweenfest 2023.

For a successful challenge, the player who put down the Draw 4 has to have the same color in their hand and in the pile.
Example: Blue 5 in the pile, the player that placed the Draw 4 has a Blue 9 in their hand. Challenging them would cause a success, and they would need to draw instead.

I just got back from playing 6 or 7 Rounds of UNO to Watch SGB play UNO.
11:13 To explain challenging (yes this is an official uno rule you can do and for those who don’t know what itmeans): If you placed a wild +4 down, the person who is getting hit by that card can challenge the other player if they had cards of the previous color. If that person wins the challenge, the person who put down the +4 has to draw four cards; however, if the person who played the +4 didn’t have any cards of the previous color the person who challenged them has to now draw six cards instead
This would be even funnier if 7s and 0s were enabled.

Challenging Wild +4s is about whether or not the player in question has the colour the +4 was played over. (I.e. If a player plays a +4 over a green and had a green they could play, they’d lose the challenge and be forced to draw)

Waiting for the Uno Movie: SGB Edition
After watching a man subject himself and his friends to one of the worst matches of Uno possible where you can draw up to twice the amount of cards in your hand, draw 12, draw the amount rolled on a dice and half the players having double digits, it's both refreshing and also slightly tense watching just a standard, normal game of Uno.
This gives me "We Drove 2000 Miles for This" vibes

Anyone else play with the house rule that if you have multiples of the same number that's already down, you can stack them? I actually liked that rule, and could not believe it wasn't an official rule. It prevents being buried under multiple Draw 2+'s from being an outright death sentence.

My worst draw was when when someone played a swap hands card and I ended up with 30.
The challenge rule works like this: The challenge is successful if the person who played the +4 *had* another card they could have played instead. So say Player A played a +4 on a Yellow 7 just to get Player B. If Player A had either a yellow or a 7 they could have played instead they have to draw 4 instead of Player B. It's to keep people from prolonging games by using the +4.

Also the way Challenge works: The person getting hit by the Draw 4 is essentially saying "I think you can play a card other than the wild draw 4". So for instance, when the color was green and Matt played the Wild Draw 4, he didn't need the Wild, he just did it for the Draw 4. Because he had the color in his hand, Elliot won the challenge. If Matt didn't have any greens in that same situation, Elliot would lose the challenge.

And the fact is that all it is there for is to ruin friendships. Believe me, my cousin and I as children adored uno, but then once the new card came in, she would _burn_ those cards because she didn't want her children to do something really dangerous and stupid with them .... which is admittedly justified
