You're missing the obvious i.e. the barbarians (Lombards, Ostrogoths, Visigoths and etc.) established several kingdoms in Italy and they all were germanic people.

I am German by blood and can speak a little of it cause of my adoptive parents they didn’t want me speaking or learning my heritage at all, so I had to go find my real mother and have her teach me

There are not really any clues how they really played their music in far past times. This is just an imagination of how it could been played in ancient times because they found some instruments. Setting an cultural sound without knowing anything about it is very dangerous. Some people of today start to have an association with this "ancient" sounds. They start to integrate this sounds in their identification and cultural backgrounds, some will follow the sound of their ancestors. But still nobody really knows how they played their kind of music in gernanic times. For real, it could be that they played their instruments in a complete different way!
I like to meditate to this. I have never known my true heritage and this feels like the closest I can get. I always feel lost, like I am unsure of who I am except when I listen to this. May my ancestors guide me home.

Different languages in each, norse and proto germanic in some. I say proto germanic lightly because I know it's a reconstructed language and few pronunciations maybe incorrect.
Interestingly, probably the majority of Europeans today descend from the Vikings in some measure. All North Germanics do (and many mainland Germanics), along with most everyone in the British Isles, probably most people in France, and a good chunk of Eastern Europe. For example, while I have no directly Scandinavian ancestry, inferably I have Vikings ancestors (in some measure) given my British Isles ancestors (English/Orcadian/Scots/Irish), as well as my Ukrainian roots which probably picked up a few old 'Rus (Varingian/Viking) ancestors.

A question, what kind of drums did you use? Are those real or emulated?
It has been a mixture for a few. I do own a frame drume I use software as well like forest frame drums, I use Sonus Dept Ritual too.
