How to Effectively Grow Curry Leaf Plants in Cold Climate Countries

- Tips for plant care:
- keep 1-1/2 metre away from the radiator
- place mild iron in water and keep soaked for 2-3 days and then use to water plants
- water plants regularly/when required
- keep in direct sunlight or daylight
- use weed control fabric on top of the soil before if the plant is going to be used for indoor decorating
- keep away from steamy areas e.g. the kitchen

Thank you for asking,needs to keep plants ,where they get enough sunshine and u can use the rusted nail -keep rusted nail in water for 2 days ,and use that water,will be rich in iron ,that will help.Some times if plants are so young,may remain light green for few months,u can use twice a month bio liquid plant food,that will help as well if it is any other v

Yes, the roots which can potentially grow to root babies are planted separately.

Thanks for asking this, all small and big plants and roots also using for propagation,all will grow nicely if room temperature set above 18 and if keep 1 meter away from radiator and and needs direct sunlight so we have to keep near glass window or on window sill,for decorating as indoor plant use weed control fabric on the top and scatter beautiful stones on top,that will stop flies coming out from compost as well. Hi ,Thank you for asking .Needs direct sunlight shine through the window . You could use plant liquid food once in a week.Make sure water the plant properly before add plant liquid food.

In cold climate countries,we have to keep plant indoor,where temperature above 18 degree centigrade.make sure not too close to radiators or not in kitchen or bathroom to avoid steam

Thank you for asking, u can mix 50/50 plant rich food compost and soil , if you can get sand mix soil that’s the best one, just watch my video all explained,flies are most difficult to manage so use weed proof protect sheet on the top and use decorative stones on the top ,will be beautiful and no problems with flies.Use baby bio liquid plant food,don’t use other things like meat&fish water,that will not suit to this climate

Thank you for asking, u have to plant a small curry leaf plant in a small plastic bag at least 1 week before ur travel .1,month is best..Then u bring the small bag with plant with you in your luggage,don’t take more than 2 bags,u can put 2-3 plants in 1 bag
When u replant just remove outer plastic bag don’t shake plant or root,and replant in a big pot with compost on the top to middle and sand and soil on bottom .

I can explain how to look after curry leaf plant
First thing-always make sure u keep plant inside house ,where sunlight available,make sure not in bathroom or kitchen as hot steam is not good.
Make sure to maintain room temperature at least 18 degrees always.
Use window sill or near to glass door to keep pot.Don’t use meat or fish water.
Use rusty nail water,just keep nail in water for 2-3 days.Use liquid plant food.
Use peat free compost.

Thank you for asking, always same amount of water as during winter u have to provide heating,will absorb moisture,so you have to use same amount of water.
