Great video! I’ve been following you for years and it feels crazy that you are soon done with intern year! Amazing job 💪! If anyone has access to a locker at work (otherwise maybe in your bag) I really recommend having a wash bag with little essentials. I have one with travel shower gel, a razor, pain killers, allergy tablets, tampons, things to put my hair up, nail clippers etc. Really useful when I get caught out or end up working an extra shift or get really dirty etc. Extra socks too, for when I get blood or urine or something on my socks!
Side shields give substantially more eye protection for industrial workers so it makes sense it would give you a lot of improvement as well.
Hello and thanks for sharing. Just a question: will you ever repost your residency (former channel) older videos?
Try using baking soda or toothpaste trick to take the scratch out!!! Just like rub it in for a few minutes sometimes that works

Oh, that lunch bag looks easy to carry and is actually pretty. My current one is very boxy and tends to flip around too much.
Would you make a video describing how 2nd year for you is going to be different than intern year?
yes!! ill try to make a video about it
Have you ever tried ankle length compression socks? I was thinking of buying some for the summer months, but I'm not sure if they work the same
I haven't, although it seems like they wouldn't work the same as the knee highs
