I think a logical explanation for this is twofold. As other people are saying,the inhumans at afterlife have probably seen stranger things. Secondly, the chronicoms said that any tech they left behind would hasten the development of shield, and I’m thinking by extension that would apply to other technology too in this timeline.
Having accepted that she's an Imhuman, the Inhumans in the comics had far more advanced technology than humans in their main enclave (they had a technological civilization from their inception (as proto-humans genetically engineered by the Kree as part of an attempt to jump start stagnated Kree evolution by unlocking the human potential to develop superpowers) . . . and that was 250,000 years ago. We don't know for sure from the series to what degree the smaller scattered enclaves shared in that advanced technology, but if it was even a small degree, a realistic prosthetic arm isn't going to impress or surprise them *if an Inhuman has it* though they'd know standard human tech wasn't up to it.
To a Chinese, May’s Mandarin shows that she obviously spoke the language growing up but may be a little out of touch, Jiaying’s is partly unintelligible. But again, the actress does not speak it so we shouldn’t be too hard on her.
In her interview with PopCandies TV, Dichen Lachman stated that she grew up speaking three languages namely English, Tibetan, and Nepalese but now she speaks only English but does understand Nepali and Tibetan as well. considering that AND the fact that when not performing she has an Australian accent she did DAMN good speaking both a different language and a language she knows in a different dialect

I'm so glad that we finally have a returning character for this final season. Don't get me wrong, i know that we have a Koenig, the Malicks, and Daniel Sousa for the first couple episodes, but throughout the season so far i haven't been feeling any nostalgia at all. Like i feel like the show hasn't really been using the time travel aspect in a nostalgia fashion; like we keep getting episodes that focuses on the different decades of our history. As much as i enjoyed those episodes, i really just wanted to see returning characters who we haven't seen in a while.
I have a feeling the next couple of episodes are going to ramp up the nostalgia factor as we get closer and closer to the team's main timeline. I fully expect a Ward, Tripp, Davis, Talbot, etc. cameos in these last couple of episodes.
U can see how different she is here I was actually on her side for season 2 despite her trying to kill her own daughter she was just trying to protect her people and look what happen when inhumans were introduced into the world they were hunted and fears something jiaying never wanted

I suppose there was a third option for Mr. Paranoid, where Yo-yo IS an Inhuman, but was lying about losing her powers. Though raising that possibility would have unnecessarily complicated the scene.
I was happy that they at least showed that they are able to write stories with returning characters. Jiaying is played really well by the actress. Her voice is beautiful. The problem is again once more they build up this Malick guy for nothing. He is so meaningless, the actor is so weak, the character Malick is not even a freak of the week, he is less. He will only be the villain for so few moments that every moment with him ruins the whole season, because he is unworthy. Clearly, when you make a time travel story, you have to come up with things. But not that. Malick is embarrasing.

Josh maybe the final battle that shield has isn't with the chronicoms, but it's with Nathaniel and every other villain they've ever faced because of the changed history, and then fury pulls up with shield reinforcements through a monolith or something (because they may not be destroyed in the new timeline)
