I make quinoa salad which is the second best recipe I tried with quinoa (first one is Quinoa Tikki). I normally keep it as a dinner option when I am not in a mood of cooking. Just the boiled quinoa mixed with vegetables at home like carrot, cucumber, lettuce, brocolli, I also add some fruits like mangoes, avacado (sliced and not smashed), dates, raisins and a few dry fruits like walnuts, melon seeds sunflower seeds etc...and in dressing I mix yoghurt, olive oil, black pepper, oregano salt and a little bit of chat masala 😉
Call me crazy but this salad is a hit at my home 🫰
