I don't remember where I read this, but the SKL could technically be an "incarnation" of the spirit of Devilman/Amon, something that's visible in both the shape of its breast fins and the energy shape that comes before the explosion of the Inferno Blaster (in short, it's the design of Devilman's head), so even if we get technical with it that's one hell of a definition of "weak".
