Is this type of exam performed into a normal neurological office by our neurologist or into an hospital emergency unity or spinal unity only?

It can be performed any where... the idea is that it is specific to a certain patient population (those with spinal cord injury). And usually, they are done after the patient is medically stabilized, so, probably not in the emergency unit immediately

mmm... not sure I got you! ASIA scale per se is not used for neurogenic bowel dysfunction, but ASIA (American Spinal Injury Association) has issued clinical practice guidelines on the management of neurogenic bowel... you can access the document through their website
