I remember this set coming out when I was a kid, and it was for $100. Obviously being 8 years old, I couldn’t afford it. Now, I have adult money, and you best believe I’m getting this.
What do you mean by adult money. Lego is overpriced as fuck with the recent inflation in 2023. Even if you make 600-700 a week. You still can't afford average Lego prices due to rent. Groceries. Internet/cable. I remember when sets like these were at a low of 40-60$ now they are over 100-400$ It's beyond crazy. Now kids who are poor or make low income can't afford these sets. And only adults who program or have rich jobs can afford this shit

Despite the messy technic infrastructure from the back I like how all the functions play out the the entire scene from where Indy grabs the idol to where he escapes the giant boulder. Never had the original, but I feel this is a major improvement, and much more comprehensible build. Boulder feature is definitely my favorite, and I really like the shot in showing accurate it comes down, and follows him. Would have been nice to see all prints but for the size, and build it's not an unreasonably large number of stickers.
@@The_Blue_Otaku as someone who just missed out on the Indians jones sets as I was getting into LEGO, I’m not only happy to see it return but to have so much passion behind it. I hope we have more remakes to come, especially the plane fight and the truck chase from raiders of the lost ark
Dude you have come such a long way. All the way from the stop motion of a Lego Star Wars tie fighter attack scene, to creating masterpieces of lego mocs that not many have thought of. Keep up the good work!
Id love to see a video on this set like you’ve done in the past where you take 2 and make it better, with a set like this imagine how much better it could be (no hate tho this set is insanely good)
In comparison to the original this set excels in every area except one, the size of the entrance. In my opinion the entrance is squashed and ideally a fourth module is needed to enhance the set. I'll be building one as soon as the instructions get released.

But I not yeet Sean it on sale hear in Australia ..I remember ceeing the old version of this set. 👌so it's even nicer with a few tuch up s ..I'm Shaw I be getting all these Indiana Jones s set s wether I not fully into the Indiana Jones movie as I only Sean few parts of the oridganal movie but might try Waching the movie wilst building the set s .I might have to make a Indiana Jones arear in my build room seepret from my Lego City as I probly have no space to fitt them into my city .but got a Ninjago jungle part an may be thay might fitt in slim how with that part of the city. .I know the Ninjago jungle set will with that toedum pole.set
george lucas was such an influential and compassionate writer/ director. it’s a shame to see his fantastic ips get sold to the heartless mega corporation.
