There is none out there today who can compare with Larry Ford. I first saw him about 20 years ago when he was singing with the James Blackwood Quartet. They had a singing at the First Wesleyan Church of Tuscaloosa, AL
I appreciate a tenor singing so softly. It seems many think volume is how to hit a high C. Just lovely. Funny this is the same guy on Gaither shows. I guess I've aged too. Thankfully
In God's kingdom there is no comparison, we are gifted according to grace. There are songs you'd prefer Ford not to sing but would crave David to sing and vice versa.
There are few people that can sing a high note at low volume. This man is one in a million. Beautiful.
And he’s still singing to this day

Larry was my choir director back in my home town church in Levelland, Texas. His younger brother Bruce was my age. Love this !!!
Larry Ford! one of the truly great tenors, such a quality voice and one of the best gospel music singers ever to cross the stage.
Larry Ford a true Irish tenor.
A fellow Texan and one of the best gospel tenors ever. I love that man ❤️
wow, larry was really young back when, as I suppose all of us were, great singer and man of God
My father inspires me to this day
There are a lot of tenors singers I thorughly enjoy hearing, but, I don't feel that any of them sing this as well as Larry Ford.
Wonderful Song and Very Beautiful Singing! Inspiring Song! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SHARING THIS!

Me too.
Haven’t heard this song in years and it just popped into my head. Wish there was an accompaniment CD.
I always liked his voice better than Phelps. I know taste is subjective but Larry Ford's voice communicates more.
Larry Ford was classically trained and his brother was an opera singer. He's one of the best Irish tenors I've heard.
Both are incredible, but Phelps always comes off as a little too theatrical for my tastes.

His voice gets better and better with age like a fine wine.
If you had a time machine, what you tell this man?
I love to hear Sister Sue play the piano.
