This is one of my favorites. Not sure if it's in part one or two. There is a part where Aaron Brown says about, "you have to stay up all night to get to a different zone." That helped me immensely. Also remind me of Nassim Taleb, who Aaron mentions, in his talks where he one needs like to not completely follow a schedule. I think Nassim calls it anti-fragility. Don't think the English Language caught up to Aaron Brown for how he looks at risk as like a positive.
