The house is nice, but rooms are kind of small... what is up with these new houses where everything is big, but the rooms are small? do they think midgets or people shorter than 5ft are moving in? and the garage, I would turn that into my living room.

The rooms compared to homes of yesterday or smaller homes are rather large for secondary bedrooms, maybe the video makes the appear smaller. Appreciate you watching and engaging with us

Maybe it's because I'm a 30 yr + G.C., but I see nothing but opportunity...if you're going to drop $1.5 M another $50K in making it your own is nothing...BTW, while the bedrooms aren't huge, I don't live in my BR, I'd be living in the fabulous yard area. I'm shocked at people who think they're going to buy a home that's "ready built" for their personal taste...not going to happen......beautiful, Jake, don't listen to the naysayers.....
