I lived in japan for three years. We always stopped for Mcdonald’s after a night out and I always got Shaka Shaka Chicken. The lemon pepper one was my favorite. Their Mcdonald’s tastes SO much better. And your sandwiches look JUST like the picture. And they’re so clean and their uniforms are always on point. It’s a completely different experience than it is here.

I'm going to use the "EBI" shrimp patty method you used to make a fried shrimp poboys. Traditionally, people just fry the shrimp individually, but that gets messy on a poboy.
