@@OwenAng-rr6ko My mom purschased dream l20 ultra and the shark matrix plus. Why we love it because it has excellent moping ability. Also it preformed very well in the deep clean test
@@meetthereqs well, robot vacuum technologies grow very rapidly and every year they add new funcionalities. Before buying the two of the mentioned, i bought a cheap one for my summer home (which don’t have any carpets, so mopping was crucial). It had the two spinning mops like the Dreame, wash the mops after 10 minutes and dry and clean the mops after usage. And after a while, it became really annoying to fill and empty the water tanks. And to be able to add a cleaning detergant is also a must for me. And while SwitchBot first introduced to connect the robot to a plumber system, new ones from Roborock and Dreame can do this also, but with an additional charge. Also i have a Dyson and i want a robot as efficient as Dyson to suck the dirt from the carpets (as close as it can be). Also on each room there are door stones that are 40 mm high. So, the robot must climb to that. I wait for the release of the Roborock Qrevo Curv with refill and drainage sytem and plan to buy that. Roborock also changed its mopping system to spinning dual mops, which is great. But for this video, if i were to choose between the two i would go for the Dreame because of the dual mops it has which is very efficient.
Thank you so much for making this awesome video! I was debating which to go, now seems like Dreame is more price affordable and slightly better to use!
Great video. What is the serviceability of the dreame? Looking at getting avac/mop combo and coming from a 10 yr old roomba. Our favorite thing about the roomba was how easy it was to service it when broken.
Only had my Dreame for a day now, but its miles better than the S5 Max i had before. That one pushed all the dog hair(black labrador) into piles that we had to clean manually. The feeling i have is to not use the general mop/vacuum, because it will wet the floors, and there is no way its gonna get all the dog hair from the floor when its wet. I think we will go with 7 days a week vacuum and 2-3 mopping. Might do more vacuum now since the winter fur is coming of our lab. For us its 2-3 times per day manually now since he is shedding like nothing else, hopefully the dreame will remove that.
Dreame L20 Ultra Refurb with NEW warranty is available DIRECTLY from Dreams for $515 as of 09/02/2024. The L10S Ultra HEAT Pro, which uses HEATED water to mop, is on sale for $799 (down from $1,299.)
It looks like the same problem I have with S7 MaxV Ultra, is going to be on this new S8 vacuum. I never refill the water tank on the vacuum on my own, because it auto fills it, but today, I was looking at the cashback offer, and cleaning it up for pictures, and there is brown build up or mold/mildew in the tank! So I have been cleaning my floors with dirty water! gross! I have found the same brown mildew in my clean water tank too, but Today is the first time I even looked at the vacuum's water tank. Please come out with a better solution to add to the Roborock products! It says you are only allowed to use Roborock cleaning solution, so now I don't know what to do!
Bought the l20 and it had so many quality issues and basic software issues. It could not keep the mop pads on when it undocked to clean. It’ll ask me to manually put the mop pads back on just to vacuum. Dreame support is a nightmare.
just bought the L20 ultra slightly more than a month and after using my conclusion is, maybe it is only good for dust cleaning and totally not good on porcelain tile especially when you have baby like to anyhow throw or drop their food on floor "for example noodles or rice grains, candy. etc" the l20 ultra mop pad will make the situation even worst and if you don't scratch it away with a plastic scraper, within few days you can see many stubborn stain patching will be develop everywhere on your floor. i also discover L20 seem like not so good working on black glossy surface tile or black glossy surface cabinet, it will keep on bumped onto the side of my cabinet during the cleaning.
Niestety robot L20 po trzech miesiącach przestał wjeżdżać do bazy ładującej. Dwa razy w serwisie i dalej nic.
I purchased the L20 last week and absolutely love it - it is a life saving vacuum/mop - it does all the Charlie work!
Totally agree!

How do the warranty and return policies compare?
Love the play by play! 😆

Be careful with Dreams, a lot of reliability issues reported online
Which of these vacuums would be best for vacuuming dog hair specifically on tile floor? My German shepherd sheds a lot every day 😅 thank you!
Me too

Does dreame l 20 multi floor mapping for dublex houses?
Yes
Dreame L20 price dropped to $899. With the 10% new customer discount, takes it down to $810. That's a no brainer price, right?
Where?
Can you drop a link from where ?😊

I just got the Roborock newest one because it has water and drainage hook ups and the dreame does not ! No brainer to me
maybe put both robots to wash at the same time was not a good idea for the test.
I'm still stuck between the two, which one do you recommend? Also the video is really nice
l20
which of them is less noisy when they are cleaning the floor?
Do you have any opinion about going over small obstacles like door steps?

L20 is now $1000 on Amazon.
Just grabbed one for myself, hoping it’s life changing for my household.
Robock beterrrrr...
Haha no, roborock is not even close with the dreame.
Why?
