A very wise move to change the belt while you are in there! Did you not have to remove the bumper and inner wing covers to do this? Just the headlight? Chris B.
Thanks for your feedback. Good question, you do need to pull back the bumper (unclipped) near to the headlight to get off one of the headlight bolts but do not need to remove the bumper. Hope this helps
Try Euro Car Parts they seem to have one, failing that try your local Ford garage, sometimes they stock original parts you can't get and are not always more expensive. Good luck and thanks for the feedback.
I don't know the length of the drivebelt but as this varies according to whether air conditioning is fitted and the belt tension is automatically adjusted by the drive belt tensioner, best inspect the condition of the belt for missing sections and deposits in the grooves along the length and if in doubt replace the belt with a correct one from a trusted Ford dealer.

Why do all the belts for sale say for models without AC? My Ka has AC.
