Howsit Omar! Once again, great content! Your previous vids were pivotal in me using Framer to build a site for my employer. They were going to pay an agency to build it on Webflow but I suggested we just give Framer a try and they were super pleased with how it turned out!
Awesome videos! Seeing your previous video and this sequel helps provide a lot of perspective to a lot of different areas of focus, and it's cool to hear how responsive & active the Framer team is. This will probably lead to both Framer and Webflow just impoving.
Farook, so helpful. In your experience, is it possible to connect Framer with robust backends, e.g. with Fetch which seems recently released? We will have interactive visuals and data that require external API calls. Note we have an experienced full stack web app developer but are seeking to reduce design+dev cycles to speed up iterations.
Hey Farooq, thank you very much. You have no idea how helpful your content is. I have a question; do you use framer pages as landing pages for your marketing campaigns or do you use landing page builders like unbounce and leadpages? I am stuck on what works best.
Sir please can you make a video on explaining about the pricing plans of Framer. I'm confused like do i need to pay $8 for every website i make ? Or do I've to pay $8 for a month and can create unlimited number of websites in a month
The pricing plans are per website, each plan gives specific features for 1 particular site or project. The $8 plan allows you to create one mini website without a CMS I believe.
@@BuildwithOmar okay okay sir I see then when I will be delivering client I will have to clarify these things to the client that they need to pay these plans monthly to run the website
Hey, thank u for the video. I have a question. Does framer has anything similar to webflow's devlink? Because we in our company use it and find it very helpful. We create a highly loaded dashboards in webflow and then send them to react wia devlink. If framer has smth like that, our moving to framer would be inevitable
If it means keeping our most long term vested staff and removing contractors for our website before running out of cash and shutting down. Absolutely, our team is calling me angelic. 😇
Good question! I never said we’re making more money, We let go not because we wanted to save costs, we have an MRR growth issue (lots of free signup, not enough conversion to paid) which is a problem with our application not our website workflow or growth in traffic. Something I’ll most likely do a video on in the near future. If you follow me on Twitter I openly speak about this. What’s important to note is despite the reduction in team size nothing much has changed in terms of our output, so we truly believe that it’s the Framer Workflow and the impact on our efficiency to operate at almost the same pace as we did with a larger team, possibly even better.
Glad to hear - i recently started to build a studio site and really loving the process 😂
Great to hear!

"reduced our team size by 50% since last year" You're such an angel. /s

Great info but man are you talking crazy fast. Please slow down on your next video.
Hahaha sure will do, just for you 😉
Making more money and fired more people. That's 🤦 No retraining? Why not grow??
