Great video Omar. Did you shoot this video with your iPhone as well ? Or what did you use ? Presell the framer - like a kickstarter campaign. You'd be able to see quickly how much revenue it generates. Create the first 10 templates so people can see what the end products will looks like. I guess if you could do more than one of these strategies in parallel it would be great. That depends on your team bandwidth though. I'm interested in what growth strategies you're using to try to grow Glorify? are you doing cold outbound ? ads ? P.S. Please keep Logoflow running even if no new developments lol.
Part time creator might work because you have amazing videos and very aesthetic shots and i follow you to see those videos and i want to learn from you is very great idea.
BTW, you mentioned that you do all your video editing on your iPhone. What app do you use for that and what camera do you use to film your videos? While at it, what microphone are you using that is clipped on your t-shirt there ;-)?
I dont have as much experience as you. But I would try to niche down since you are not nearly as well capitalized as your competitiors. I think it would be better to focus more on sales then development, identify your power users, and solve thier problems specifically. You can raise more money off projected earnings and so on.
A shaved head can work wonders for your appearance, instantly giving you a more youthful look. It's no secret that our hair often gives away our age, so embracing a clean shave can be a game-changer for your personal brand.
Have you considered a lower priced, limited version of the software as an LTD on the frontend and offering subscription for more access on the backend?
Do you know what it costs to run a design software? Our overhead for team and servers is 20K to 50K pm, we launched in 2019, again in 2020, and one more in 2023. Through out total net revenue = 1.4m majority of which was generated in 2019. 4 months Runway, doesn’t mean the business stops after 4 months. Surplus’s deficit with existing MRR counts, only if we stop making money we will run out completely in 4 months. Do the maths… A very middle class salary in London UK is 50 to 70K GBP per year, with inflation, a small family like mine just about scrapes by with an overall ok lifestyle. And that’s just counting me!
@@BuildwithOmar Thanks for sharing these details. The costs looks too big. You talked about exiting. So looks like you are mainly looking to make good profit after selling it ?
@@pushkarkathayat7893 For a SaaS startup, our costs are very reasonable. Of course, I would be foolish if I did not exist without a profit that is the whole point of starting such a company, both passion and profit. The way exists and Acquisitions work is that I still have to work for the company even after selling it. It's called the integration time, typically 2 to 3 years, only after a successful establishment with new owners do I walk away with profits.
Thanks Omar. Appreciate the honesty.
Thanks for the video, I like this type of content a lot.
Thanks Mario, for sure more coming!

Great in depth video. Been a pleasure to follow your journey. If everything doesn’t go according to play you should go full time content creator 🔥

Haha thanks for the tip 🙌🏾 I’ll consider it 😂
I agree with the shaving hair, but as a teacher a beard exemplifies wisdom and maturity which is needed.
Loves Glorify

More video like this!
Coming just for you 😁

Not yet, but worth a try!
Took your time to start the video.
11 seconds exactly 😂🙌🏾
What is meant by "get an exit" at 2:10 ?? My heart skipped a beat in fear wondering what you meant by that @BuildwithOmar ??
Sell the company, every founders dream. Means the company will be acquired by a larger company! It won’t affect Ltd users.
Can you help to build personal brand
I might create more content on it!
After running so many LTD deals you got only 4 months runaway ?
