I don't have a headache or sinus ache, but I am soothed just watching this video. Nicely done. Clear and easy to follow. Thank you!

Your video came up first for my search for these. My daughter-in-law just had her thyroid removed and could sure use one of these. I subscribed and want to thank you for this

Thank you so much for this great instruction! I just made one of these and didn't pin the sections well, so the rice went everywhere and my seams were a mess! I figure that was my "practice" bag and after watching your video, I know my next one will be MUCH better. I added dried lavender to my rice which is a really nice addition.

Thank you for the tutorial. Did you use specialist rice for the heat pack?

Linda Rose I just used a bag of cheap long grain rice, I would buy a nice big bag of the cheapest rice and make lots!

They look good. How long do you heat them in the microwave before you set the house on fire? With Christmas coming up they look like a great present for all my old friends. I can say that, I am old too. haha

Sue Stutzle about 2 minutes- but it can vary with microwaves and personal preference ❤️

Hi! There is a written pattern linked in description box- you can only use 100% cotton if you want to use it in the microwave.

Hi! I really want to try this version. Do you know if there will be any changes to the rice wih continuous usage? I'm asking because I tried a version with dried wheat and camomile and after only one use, it started to gain a yeasty smell which was horrible. I really wanted to make some of these for all the ladies in the family. TIA

Hi, how long do you need to heat them up for? Do you know how long the rice will last?

    • @lorraineneville2907

Usually 2 or 3 minutes in the microwave.
