Here’s what I do for mine hair growth: I begin my day with yoga. For breakfast, I have omelette, almonds, and idli. When I come back from work, I gently massage my scalp. At night, I apply a few drops of liitllexttra Reactivate serum to my hair. Just following these steps has given me good hair growth.

To prepare rice water, you have to take 1 cup of rice and clean it as usual. Then put it into a bowl and add 2/3 cups of water and wash for 10 - 15 minutes.. Then remove rice and collect water into a bottle and store it for 1 week. Or else you can use it right after collect. This water is full of protein and you can use this water to wash your hair.. It gives you an additional shine, smooth and more healthier look.

I did try this method years ago (as you can see, my comment is from many years ago). I think it did help, but I wasn't consistent with it, and now I am back to having hair fall issues (mostly caused by stress and hormonal issues). Every person is different, so maybe this will work for others who don't have the same health issues or can be consistent with this method.
I have terrible hair loss for the past months due to hormone problems.. I hope this may help. Thank you for this video....

@@amishaaggarwal5929 it works but you will have to be patient. And there are other factors to hairfall also. Like if you were stressed 1-2 months ago..it will affect your hair now..so only oil or shampoo won't work..you will have to know the root of your problem first. Is it internal or external.

Im only 35 but for years I’ve been silently struggling with hair loss. It’s terrifying and depressing. There are days when I don’t even want to get out of bed because I don’t want to have to look in the mirror. There are days when I don’t leave the house because I don’t want to have to brush my hair. I have had panic attacks in the shower when I wash my hair and I see so many strands just washing out in my hands.
I’ve had my thyroid checked. I’ve tried vitamins, apple cider vinegar, onion juice, used every birthday wish, and even begged to God. I’ve had in iron levels checked. I started eating more red meat.
There are hair treatments out there to grow back hair but they are so expensive. Laser therapy, plasma injections, hair transplants, and even just buying supplements can get expensive. I need help. I realize that stress is also not good for growing hair but I’m getting desperate.
I only wear my hair up now. My friends and people at work always say, “I’ve never seen you with your hair down. You should wear your hair down.” If only I could. They don’t know that I do want to wear my hair down so bad but I can’t. It’s embarrassing. I don’t feel pretty and I don’t feel feminine anymore.

Normal water don't use. Shampoo after doing any home remedy just avoid shampoo make sure u will use shampoo next day after oiling perfectly

Hi this is fantastic but when i tried this my hair smelt like curry. What can I do to get rid of the smell. Have washed my hair countless times but the smell is not going? Did I use too much fenugreek?
i know what you mean, add a little lemon juice to your mix to counter balance the smell, the lemon juice will work against the dandruff too.
