Glad you enjoyed it, Martin. I now own two of Jim's layouts that are featured; you may have noticed the striking resemblance of 'Melbourne Street Brewery' to 'Maltby'... I'll have to get cracking on an update/upgrade of the other one soon.

Absolutely brilliant! Probably one of the best model rail layouts I've seen yet. Small, yet highly engaging. And everything being scratchbuilt just makes it all the more remarkable. Real "old school" craftsmanship.

You might like to check out the GOG November Virtual Show. 'Melbourne Street Brewery' started life as Jim's 'Maltby Spring Water' depot.

I enjoyed watching this video, I have modeled in N, 009, OO and O gauges, I found the O gauge most enjoyable due to size, I had to give up when I moved onto a 40' narrow boat, I am now contemplating building a small O layout on a 1'x4' board.

I've two friends on narrow boats, I always wanted to live on one when younger, but always too wed to model railways 😀😀💜💜

Very nice layout! Compact, but still interesting operationally, with some nice scenic work.
