How fun! I've been really wanting to try some of Cat's putty, but it's hard to justify shipping costs to the U.S., especially because I don't really *need* more putty. One of these days!

Love seeing everything! Rachel, what is your favorite and best product to use in your pen for diamond painting? I typically use the wax from DAC and tried their new pen but I’m so heavy handed that the putty comes out in the cracks before getting to the tip. If that makes sense. I like the concept but it doesn’t work well for me.

I'd say turn the crank a lot more gently and be patient as it "oozes" into place. Should only take a tiny turn of the pen. But if it isn't working well it could be your temperature. I'd say in the case maybe the pink/red/blue wax is good for you! I loved blue wax (you can find it in some stores and online) before putty was a thing!
