I was at the Birmingham show a couple of days after this. We were seated to the left as I don't have the knees to cope with standing and being chucked around and my mum (another massive fan!) is nearly 70. Still a fantastic experience though!
I was stood at the front and centre at Cardiff, tried to film the drop of this song but the bass was so violent and had such force that the videos i got were silent, the bass blew my phone mic out. Brutal song. Absolutely cant wait for its release!
I have a video of Scarlxrd on my channel and a TH-cam short from Glasgow, I do have more. That was perhaps the maddest event id been to, guy was laying on the floor with a broken collarbone after the gig from the moshing 😂
This was the inspiration behind my track Agent Orange. Pendulum have been such an inspiration in my own music. This song is fucking epic and I can't wait for it to be properly released.
@@Spellweawer So ur telling me this song is better of a opener than songs like showdown, slam, salt in the wounds, driver whatever? Hell nah it has 0 lyrics, 0 interesting riffs or rly anything 0 thought nothing. Its just a random trash song that some drunk ass dude can headbang to, which pisses me of bcs iam a very big fan of their work
@@bartolomejkopecky6355It’s about the bass, and bass is fun. It isn’t Drum and Melody, it isn’t Drum and Vocal, it’s Drum and Bass. And this song doesn’t disappoint.
@@bartolomejkopecky6355 You havent heard it live, thats why you say this. And for once, be happy that they are producing new stuff. As Beli under me in comment pointed out, the bass syncs were epic live. we were in 2 row in front last week on them and it was perfection.
I can only imagine every racing and sports video game reaching for this for their soundtracks
None of these videos manage to capture how aggressive the bass is when the explosions hit in this opener. Madness!!
Can't beat seeing a gig live! It was a banger.
@@gooseyforce3278 it was insane!
YES, was at the very very front for this. That bass went right through us

@@joshwaterfield2483I saw your mum in one of the shorts of TH-cam. she dances cooler than many around))))))). Especially the Tarantula🤘🖤

For an opener, this went HARD!
Saw them at the O2 the other night. This opener hit HARD! Awesome show
they really need to release an official album or single of this I love this song,
Every day I pray for new album
This is the greatest gig intro EVER saw them live in glasgow
Thanks for the record, that track is so fucking good
No probs - quality gig vids matter! 👌
Just seen this last night in Glasgow. My gf won tickets a week ago and it was a fantastic show. This tune set the tone for moshing madness
Was there in Glasgow as well. Such a sick show

@@cmdlet98 I enjoyed scarlxrd but wish he'd done it live. Aye, the moshpits were crazy. Everyone was losing shoes 🤣
Thanks for recording this, i saw them at the O2 last night they were incredible as usual, still buzzing..
Heaviest pendulum track so far imo
It's deffo up there! For me - they can't do anything wrong...I just want more!
nah self vs self is more heavy imo
Probably the heaviest standalone Pendulum track without the help of a metal band
@willhunt6897 Comprachicos is a solid competitor for that spot.

was at this gig, an absolutely insane song to open with, really set the tone for the night, best concert I've been to in a LONG time 🤘😎
Looking forward tonight at Birmingham 🤘🤘🤘
Need a studio version asap
I was here for this! It was absolutely incredible :D
was there in london- this is the sickest, evilest, heaviest shit pendulum has ever dropped. i cannot WAIT for this to be released
Yo. 100%. Napalm was an insane opener. Rou being brought out absolutely made the show though. That and Crush.
Saw the Birmingham and O2 shows! The energy they brought and created was amazing! Flew over from Miami, Fl for those two shows ! Trip of a lifetime !
That's really awesome and definitely one to remember! You're one hell of a fan.
This was live so hard, nothing like in videos
LMFAO DID ANYONE HEAR THAT SCREAM IN 0:49

I was in the left corner, it was unreal I wish I was standing
Innit! I was too considerate to those stood behind me so I stayed seated but did my best moves without taking focus 😅
Just done it at Birmingham. Sitting was fun. Standing looked a million times better better! Haha
@@xretcyvbnimoI was at the barrier in brummy, next time go standing it’s brilliant everyone is having fun down there ;)
Hard af bro🔥🔥 you got clips from the other 2 performers too?
Nah man, we rocked up a bit late. Forgive me.

@pashaonlive yoooo, fair play! Cool sample for sure! Hopefully they get recognition.
Yeah... seems to be one if those songs that just sound better live, not the biggest fan of the release.
kinda trash showdown is way better of a opener, this shit is uninteresting
kinda trash comment....
They play a new song live and you post this garbo comment :D
Live it was awesome.

What did you record this on?
S23 ultra with the 4K60 preset and some zoom, nothing fancy. I was in a central suite so perhaps a good POV helps too.
When is this track release Hard opener at the O2
No idea, but quite interesting that it hasn't appeared as a copyright (yet)
