Family court cases can take years which can make people full of hatred even say yaar kaash triple talaq ka system hota hai..
I m lucky.. I never went into tax bracket.. Never bought even a bike.. Or bought any asset in my name.. Thats how i survived 5 years of my court battle.. All fake cases were withdrawn.. Now going to face 2 nd round of court battles.. Hitting the gym and making myself physically and mentally ready for the 2nd round.. Living my life in uncertainity from 2017 not able to see my son from birth.. Never marry a narcissistic person.. Life will be ruined..

Firstly consent divorce takes minimum 6 month plus court filing time that to after 1 year of marriage. Secondly divorce can take years not just one of two years.
Thirdly, nominee does not get anything legally. He/she simply has obligations to divide the property to successors as per their share. In case she is not among the successor, even if she is nominee, she does not have any right in the property.
Pre nups can be considered to be illegal if one marries under any of the personal laws. But not under the special marriage Act

Bro they check your bank statement of 3 years ; before marriage, after marriage and and after separation. So it doesn't matter if you buy property in anybody's name.
Even if you do, she can still claim residency in that property and get YOU kicked out of it instead

Yes. Separate accounts, separate finances, no joint properties. Very wise. Also these things are quantifiable. What I cannot be quantified is the unpaid labour of woman towards household work, living with in laws and ch aging her life because of them and bearing children which adversely affects her career prospects as well. That is by we need prenups wherein men will be saved from gold diggers and women will state the terms and conditions of marriage and whether she wants to live with in laws or not and how husband too will be liable for housework and in supporting her career and contribute equally towards raising his children.

@@karthickeyan1955 try your best to focus your prep on all the three sections (VARC, DILR, Quant). Write mock tests as soon as you complete the syllabus. By august make sure that you are putting around 30hr/week for CAT/XAT prep. Trust me you can even get 100% it isn't impossible!
