    What's interesting is that this is finally a strongman, who is at an elite level, showing how realistic his days worth of eating is. Not someone eating 48 sausages with 2 loaves for breakfast and then eating every 23 minutes for optimum strength. There is nothing stupid or unrealistic about this day. Nice one Bish

    this is really refreshing to see for a full day of eating, when I bulk I always do the same thing and focus on protein target as well as getting as much calorie-dense foods in as my stomach can't hack obscene amount of clean food. I think this video will help anyone else who struggles with getting kcals in when they see how easy it can be if you're smart with the foods you pick!

    I think this is probably the first time I see a strongman's diet that looks reasonable and possible to maintain while having a normal job. Points for sharing recipes, really nice video. That cinnamon banana bread looks very good.

    I just subscribed to your channel today. I have been watching many other strongman channels for two years now. Your approach to making videos is great!! I am not a strongman, but I have a very physical job. I also try to mix in some strength training around my schedule. I am always looking for quick ideas in terms of training, recovery or meals to simply enhance my day to day life. Some strongmen videos go overboard with stupid jokes, farting and ZERO informative material. These same strongmen seem to be struggling in recent years in the competitions. Keep up the good work. I will be watching for your ascent up the strongman rankings.

    Tip on the shake - its proven that if you sip a shake like that which is so calorie dense, it allows you to get more saliva enzymes down with it which will mean you extract more nutritional value from it. Best not to chug! Our bodies are not naturally made to take in so many calories so quickly - we naturally consume GI foods alongside fibre e.g sugary fruits

    • @programclu1
      @programclu1 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Is this true? Is there any links you can send? Only because I often make huge shakes and worry I drink them too fast so this is interesting.

    nice simple diet ...whether im cutting or bulking i try to hit my protein and calorie targets then let the rest fall however it does some days its high carb others high fat thats never really my concern .....its all about calorie dense foods like peanut butter ,spoonful of oil in your shake etc when bulking and the opposite when cutting so no milk in my shakes lol....how people eat so much actual food is beyond me ,my stomach just cant take it and adding calorie heavy stuff in to drinks etc is so much easier and i say that as a former 380lb fattie

    I have a question about supplements and your opinion as to how much they really help. For example, I have heard Mark Bell and Stan Efferding say that supplements can help, a maximum of about 5% to a persons gains. The other 95% plus is the exercising itself, programming, food, nutrients, protein intake, sleep, rest, hydration, salt, etc. One reason I ask is that some friends think creatine and other supplements are the main reason why a person can get strong, and big, compared to a person who does not take the supplements. They say it can contribute 10-20% or more to strength and size gain. Just wondering your thoughts on the topic. Can creatine and other supps really help 10+% or are Mark Bell and Stan Efferding right in estimating it more towards 5% or less?

    Thats nothing. How the hell are you getting 7000 calories out of bread a salad and shakes? One proper meal in there. Very creative but you could cram in another red meat and pasta meal or something. I figured 10000 calories would be the mark.

      just shows you dont have to force feed protein all the time though and he gets the clories by the sneaky little additions like the thick spread peanut butter and oils ....no one bulks at 7000+ calories by force feding meat meat and more meat

    You need to eat more bish you don't eat much. When I was training my first meal was 6 scrambled eggs 200 grams of porridge with 2 chopped bananas . 6 meals packed with 1000 cals each meal plus 2000 cals of high calorie drinks. And load up your pockets with mixed nuts 1500 calories worth to snack on through the day. 9000 to 10,000 cals I put loads of good quality weight on 14 stone to 19 stone in 2 years with the help of other supplements and still only a 36 inch waist. More food bish. Eating is the hardest part.

    Have you ever thought about using raw dairy and raw meat. I was never a professional lifter but when I went to using raw organic grass fed milk, 3 to 7 litres a day I put on so much weight and I only do calisthenics. Surprises me why no strongmen or bodybuilders use raw milk. Its tastes great,no chemicals, easy on digestive system and high in calories. It gets a baby cow to grow into a huge cow. I personally cut out water as milk is so tasty. Maybe try it.you could also cut out carbs and eat raw meat and raw eggs. Only fruit and honey before workouts ti give quick energy. Not being funny or rude but the stuff you are eating will take a toll on your health, very toxic and hardly any raw food. Raw organ meat is great as well. You could raise your calories adding raw Jersey milk very easily.
