Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken : 200 grams
juice of 1/2 lemon
Thick curd/yogurt : table spoons
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon
Chilli powder : 1 tea spoon
Cumin powder : 1 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Salt : 3/4 tea spoon
pepper powder : 1/2 tea spoon
oil : 2 table spoons
for pita bread :
all purpose flour/maida : 2 cups or 250 grams
salt : 1 tea spoon
yeast : 2 tea spoons
sugar : 1 table spoon
For salad :
Chopped cabbage : 1 cup
Sliced medium carrot : 2
Sliced large onion : 1
Sliced red bell pepper : 1 ( medium)
pepper powder : 1 tea spoon
Mayonnaise or garlic sauce : 3/4 cup
