I took my 18 year old son to the game, drove down from the Chicago suburbs for the weekend and it was so worth it. Great game, the 4th quarter was off the hook and the whole building was shaking from how loud it was. Great team, great crowd, great win. Go Fever!!

At the beginning of the season, Kelsey had already made up her mind that she’d be leaving (She’s a free agent after the season). But I’m wondering whether Caitlin’s play and teamwork attitude might cause Kelsey to reconsider. A good draft and maybe a key trade or two could well put the Fever in contention for a title next year. Everyone likes to play on a championship team.
I agree, I don’t know if it’s a financial decision but she really makes CC life much easier, take so much pressure off of her and can really carry some of the scoring load. If they get rid of her they’re gonna struggle is they can find someone to replace that production.

Sheryl Swoops if you’re listening Caitlin Clark broke Ticha Penicheiro’s all time rookie season assist record of 225 was set back in 1998, Ticha set that record in 30 games (according to The Athletic)….Caitlin broke the record in 28 games (2 less, since you’re so bad a math), she’s 22 not 25 and this is just half way through her rookie season and no she has not been in the league for 5 years and that’s why it’s called her rookie season, she now has 232 assist with 12 games remaining. I've been saying all year that they should be starting Caitlin, Lexi, Boston, Mitchell, and Katie Lou or Temi. Everyone of them can make the 3, and now that Mitchell and Caitlin are getting in sync they all work well together
Lexie is another high IQ player - believe the Fever has three of the highest IQ players in the game (obviously Caitlin who is the highest IQ player in the league, Aliyah who is the highest IQ center/big in the league and Hull. These ladies are very impressive - they understand the game and can articulate what the team is doing right and how to build on it.
This Fever team is contagious . They are on fire and adaptable . Even when they were shut down they stepped up their pace and overwhelmed the storm. Boston again really shined and Lexie made up for missed shots from Smith who had trouble from heavy coverage .
I am planning to go to the Olympic Games in LA28. I’m hoping to see Caitlyn Clark, Boston, Mitchell and Hull on the team USA. Tonight’s game and tons of prayers were given to the Fever. They won!

I started watching WNBA this year to see what the hype was about. Man I love watching them play now Kelsey Mitchell is a so damn fast, Clark is a dynamite passer and there is such a noticeable difference in how they pass the ball as a team from the beginning of the year to now. You are a very entertaining team to watch.
How wonderful for LH. Working hard for your team and delivering, in front of family too, must be a career highlight - is press afterwards a reward when family are waiting....
The game was fantastic. Another added ingredient that helped in this game was the hard defense that Mitchell played on Jewell Lloyd that stopped her momentum. Last game they played with the Storm Lloyd blew away the floor on repeat baskets. A great coaching decision to put Mitchell in defending her. Also, the Fever got many rebounds on Storm's missed shots and turned that into answered points. Mitchell has evolved in her game this season. She always was a great player but now can channel that into collective team points as I see her passing and not always predictably shooting the ball like before. The trust with her and Clark is such now that Mitchell knows if she positions herself well on the court that the ball can come back to her. I do hope Mitchell will stay on the team now because it has gelled into a cohesive unit that has much future potential while many other teams have veterans that will soon see their last days. True team regard for one another cannot be faked and it is obvious that their team building has paid off. Their moving the ball from side to side on offense, coupled with great shots(extra kudos to Lexi Hall)made them a threat to any team in the league.
Leave Wheeler alone. Lexie had a outstanding game! But it was just one break out game. Please, it will NOT be realistic to expect Hull to perform like this Every Single Game!

I've been a Golden State Warriors fan for 40 years and I've had season tickets for 20 years I've watched a lot of beautiful basketball and I love watching the Indiana Fever cuz it's beautiful basketball beautiful passes everybody's eating it's awesome I love it and I put a thousand that they win the World Championship
The Indiana Fever just keep getting better! Clark is the catalyst, but they have a good group of young players that shoot the ball well. I love the ball movement and unselfishness of this team. My favorite WNBA team for sure!
Sides is exactly right that with Caitlin and Aliyah, the Fever have the two highest IQ players at their positions. This team will go very far with these two young stars on this team. And with Hull as a premier defender who runs the court and is now confident in her finishes and shooting and Kelsey as a premier scorer who also runs the floor, this is a very dangerous team - 98 and 92 points against two teams above 500.

I've been saying all year that they should be starting Caitlin, Lexi, Boston, Mitchell, and Katie Lou or Temi. Everyone of them can make the 3, and now that Mitchell and Caitlin are getting in sync they all work well together

Lexie is another high IQ player - believe the Fever has three of the highest IQ players in the game (obviously Caitlin who is the highest IQ player in the league, Aliyah who is the highest IQ center/big in the league and Hull. These ladies are very impressive - they understand the game and can articulate what the team is doing right and how to build on it.

This Fever team is contagious . They are on fire and adaptable . Even when they were shut down they stepped up their pace and overwhelmed the storm. Boston again really shined and Lexie made up for missed shots from Smith who had trouble from heavy coverage .
I am planning to go to the Olympic Games in LA28. I’m hoping to see Caitlyn Clark, Boston, Mitchell and Hull on the team USA. Tonight’s game and tons of prayers were given to the Fever. They won!

I started watching WNBA this year to see what the hype was about. Man I love watching them play now Kelsey Mitchell is a so damn fast, Clark is a dynamite passer and there is such a noticeable difference in how they pass the ball as a team from the beginning of the year to now. You are a very entertaining team to watch.
How wonderful for LH. Working hard for your team and delivering, in front of family too, must be a career highlight - is press afterwards a reward when family are waiting....

The game was fantastic. Another added ingredient that helped in this game was the hard defense that Mitchell played on Jewell Lloyd that stopped her momentum. Last game they played with the Storm Lloyd blew away the floor on repeat baskets. A great coaching decision to put Mitchell in defending her.
Also, the Fever got many rebounds on Storm's missed shots and turned that into answered points. Mitchell has evolved in her game this season. She always was a great player but now can channel that into collective team points as I see her passing and not always predictably shooting the ball like before. The trust with her and Clark is such now that Mitchell knows if she positions herself well on the court that the ball can come back to her. I do hope Mitchell will stay on the team now because it has gelled into a cohesive unit that has much future potential while many other teams have veterans that will soon see their last days.
True team regard for one another cannot be faked and it is obvious that their team building has paid off.
Their moving the ball from side to side on offense, coupled with great shots(extra kudos to Lexi Hall)made them a threat to any team in the league.

The Indiana Fever just keep getting better! Clark is the catalyst, but they have a good group of young players that shoot the ball well. I love the ball movement and unselfishness of this team. My favorite WNBA team for sure!
Sides is exactly right that with Caitlin and Aliyah, the Fever have the two highest IQ players at their positions. This team will go very far with these two young stars on this team. And with Hull as a premier defender who runs the court and is now confident in her finishes and shooting and Kelsey as a premier scorer who also runs the floor, this is a very dangerous team - 98 and 92 points against two teams above 500.
