Hi, I am the last owner of this car, this video seems to have been taken the day I delivered it :) Just a few comments that might help: - 235/40R17 on 4 corners is the OEM size for 3.0L M3's, even with the staggered wheels, as strange as it seems. On 3.2L's BMW changed it to 225 at the front and 245 at the rear. Going with narrower tires at the front makes the car much more prone to understeer so I sticked to OEM. I love AD08R tires they are really super rigid and have an incredible grip, the trade-off is they wear pretty fast. Front tires are 1 year old, rears are 2. - Mirrors are OEM - The spoiler is OEM (manufactured by Zender and sold with a BMW Part Number, you can check it when you open the boot) - When I bought the car, the previous owner had already changed the steering wheel with a Momo Competition. It was ugly so I bought this M-Tech 2 instead, it is original but has been re-wrapped. - The harness is a Schroth, with anti-submarining and HANS compatibility, but be careful it is designed for E36 only, do not try to put it in any other car.
Is that a 95-96 version 2 V-limited gc8 in the backaround there? Ohh and that red 97+ Soarer looks nice. I miss mine. P.S I love that confetti interior my oh my.
This is a M-Technik 2 Steering wheel without Airbag ... but the car is equipped with a passanger Airbag... Thats a little bit suspicious. The driver always have an airbag when the passanger one is fitted.

One could easily get a JDM Bimmer or Mercedes mixed up with a mainland Euro-spec version. Plus, it's coming to the USA, as noted in the title.
You might want to do a video on gray market car insurance here in the United States.
European Automakers also sold cars in Japan (Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, etc)
The US did still get an S motor but it was pretty dumbed down in comparison to the Euro Spec engines

I know the comment is 7 months old but... The US never got the euro S50. Think of the engine as a mildly tuned 2.8

Wouldnt go as far as calling it suspicious, likely just changed a non airbag wheel for racing purposes
