Boss nag top balance ako ng 280ah lifepo4, yung set ko 5A 3.65v pero 4 days na battery ko naka parallel, hindi nagbabago voltage niya, constant lang 3.36, gusto ko sana paabutin ng 3.6v each cell ano kaya problema ? Mula ng chinarge ko hnd nagbabago 3.36 kahit 4 days na nakacharge

280Ah x 4 cells = 1120Ah
If ichacharge mo yan ng 5A aabutin ka ng
1120Ah / 5A = 224 hours or 9.3 days
Lets say 50% na capacity nya before so sabihin na natin 4 days.
Pero while charging using a power supply and not a rel charger hindi full na 5A ang ipapasok nyan. Check mo sa dislay baka 2 amps lang or less pa so it will take more than 4 days.
And if youve watch my videos I always say na flat ang voltage ng lifepo4 ao most of the charging time ay nasa 3.x volts yan na parang hinei tumataas pero nagchacharge po yan. Tataas lang yan sa 3.4v to 3.6v pag malapit na mapuno.
Does it is possible to supply only constant current?, or else we need to give some voltages to make the current to be transfered to the electrodes.
@@vigneshb235 how electricity works is you need a difference in voltage for current to flow so you need to set a voltage that is higher than your battery voltage for it to start charging and when you set a constant current it does not mean that it will always push that current to your load. your load will still decide how much current it will use based on ohms law. so for example you set 12v and 5amps but your load or your battery is already close to 12v and then you see that it is only pulling 1amp even though you set 5amps. When the voltage of your load is already close to your set voltage it will prioritize constant voltage instead of constant current so you will see that it will only try to take whatever current is necessary for it to remain at the set voltage. even if you crank the current higher nothing will happen. the only way you can push more current is to increase the voltage but that is only possible if you are still way below the max voltage of the battery. that is why when charging it is always CC then CV because you can push more current while you are still way below your set constant target voltage. so yes you can supply only current at the early stage of charging as long as you are still below the target voltage once you reach your target voltage the current will taper down and it will be constant voltage from there.

Para mapalitan na ung mga lead acid bats.😊 very informative at educational mga vids mo sir. Laluna sa mga supplier ng 32650. Kaya naginvest na ko sa power supply. Para gawin ko na rin charger sa batteries ko. Maraming maraming salamat po sir. More power and vids.🙏❤️

ask ko lang sir kung ung mga power supply ni nice power/kuiaqu ay may charging feature lahat. ang dami kasi and malaki din ung price ranges. kahit ung nice power ay dalawa ung store. kaya naisip ko baka ung mga nasa lower range ng prices ay walang charge feature. ty.
@momicatap9460 im not sure what you mean by charging feature. wala naman ako nakita na specific spec saying about charging feature. To charge a battery, all you need is to supply a voltage that is higher than the current voltage of the battery and ANY power supply can do that, all you need to do is set the max voltage and max current output.
@@SolarMinerPH sir ung charging feature na kapag nag connect ka ng battery ay may auto cc cv adjustment. naisip ko kasi ung ibang power supply kapag nag set ka ng v at amps, kapag nag kabit ka ng load ndi nababago.
@momicatap9460 ang alam ko po lahat ng power supply is cc cv. otherwise hindi yan magandang power supply if hindi nya kaya mag cc cv. if may adjustment ng voltage at current ibig sabihin may cc cv yan.

Kapag po ba gagamit ng power supply Gaya nito pang charge sa lifepo4 battery like lvtopsun 12v 100ah dapat ba lagi di lagpas sa 12v ang naka set?
14.6v po ang maximum. You can actually set it higher to force more amps. But you should set it back to 14.6v once nareach na ng battery ang 14.6v its easier to just set it to 14.6v para wala na issue mas mabagal nga lang.
sir hindi pla accurate ang KUAIQU bench power supply no .meron po ba paraan pra macalibrate un?
imodify mo shunts sa loob. unless super inaccurate ng figures mas ok hayaan na lang. yun sakin naman close ang values. gaano ba kalayo values ng sayo?

Parehong mataas po mas maganda. Hehehe. Depende po kasi sa pag gagamitan mo kung hindi mo naman need ng mataas na voltage eh lower voltage lang kunin mo para mas mataas ang current nya.
Sir ano gagamitin mo pang capacity test sa 48V setup na binubuild mo po ngayon?

Nag aalangan kasi ako bumili ng charger na 0-60V 10A tapos separate yung discharge tester na 0-30V at 12-72V...

pwede ba sya gamitin as charger if full charge na ang battery mag sstop na sya sa charging?
I use it to charge some of my batteries. It will act like you have two batteries in parallel. Lifepo4 cells will stop accepting charge when it is full so it will stop charging. But I wont leave it connected for a long time specially if you are charging it at maximum voltage.
thanks, other question can we parallel two bench power supply to double the amp rating for charging? consider po the two power supply are identical.

What if dalawang battery naka parallel? Tapos tig 3amp kada battery nasa 6amps nanun hinuhugot na power sa battery or mga 3amps parin?
pag nakaparallel ang battery mahahati sa dalawang battery ang hinuhugot mo.

Pwede po ganyan po ang ginagawa ko kung minsan. Fyi using this as a charger will not get you the full 10 amps without messing with the target voltage.
You can also use a charger gaya nito para mas mabilis

Pricey talaga mga ganyan. But useful.
Yup dami pwede pag gamitan. I use it when fixing electronics when you need to inject power. I even use it on toys and other devices pag naubusan ng battery.

@@raymartsilvala6465 I honestly don't know. Baka mas mahal ang raw materials ng 18650. Mas mataas din kasi ang energy density at discharge rate ng 18650 kaya siguro mas mahal.
@@raymartsilvala6465 Most important for market prices is the competition situation which is usually highest in the highest volume produced batteries. 18650 is an old standard and in my understanding the main user, the automotive market is fast upgrading their batteries to 32650, because this allows them to reduce their cost on the battery pack quite a lot. This production increase in 32650 to may be 10x as much as 18650 and in some years may be even 100x as much as 18650 (because 18650 will not at all any more be used in car and also other applications will tend to go to the larger battery) will result in lower prices for 32650 compared to 18650, because the 32650 producing machines can be charged on 100x the quantity of 18650 batteries. In the end the 32650 is cheaper than an 18650 even so using a little more material cost, but the production cost is only 1% (when you produce 100x the quantity) which far outweighs the slightly higher material cost.
In short: High quantity (32650) production = lower cost, low quantity (18650) production = higher cost, because material cost is low.
