😂 My husband did more research than I did when we had our first. And I did so much research. He's always been a walking encyclopedia, though. Dude has all the answers. The amount of useful information stored in his brain is rivaled only by the absurd amount of not-useful information. For example: I once randomly asked him how long the gestational period was for orca, AND HE ACTUALLY KNEW THE ANSWER. I wasn't even expecting him to respond, I was just thinking out loud.

I bleed for 8 weeks heavily. I went back again after my check up cleared me. Yet I’m watching this and feel a warmth in my heart for the way you normalise the normal things that comes with pregnancy and giving birth. There is so much that is never talked about in the changes and effects childbirth has on a womans body. And that is the reason why women don’t seek help after having injuries due to childbirth or afraid to ask about normal stuff. It is never shameful and it should be normalised. I bled for 8 weeks after my first and 3-4 after my second. You’re okay momma. If it’s heavy bleeding with golf ball sized clots falling then you’re NOT okay but you are okay right now. This is normal. No one told me either and it caused a lot of mental and emotional trauma for me. My periods were 1-2 weeks long with my first until I got on birth control that would change that and my periods were so short after my second I thought I wasn’t really getting them. Your body changes so much every time. I’m sorry no one talked you through this moment, we should do that more as women for each other. For those in the comments section, if you’re bleeding at a rate in which you need to change pads after just half an hour or so, are having large clots, or continue to bleed after 6 wks postpartum, it is recommended you see your practitioner (whether that be obstetrician or midwife). These can be signs of something serious, like retained placenta, or it can be something as simple as your body’s way of telling you that you’re doing too much and need to rest more so you can heal properly. You can actually see a decrease in bleeding and then make it start up again if you increase activity too soon. So take care of yourself and REST postpartum. Chores can wait, and never be afraid to ask for help. ❤

I appriciate being open, but really, i didnt need to see you out of your toilet with underwear in hand. I just think people are oversharing. Im so sorry but it feels trashy. You can simply talk about it no need to have one see all this. I might be wrong but I'm not even able to watch the videos because of how off putting they've been. Might be just me.
The husband recording towards the toilet as she asks, scripted? But like sure you want to bring awareness. But you can do it in a better way for sure. I'm sorry I hate it.

You made the choice to be on the internet, if you’re afraid of mature content then perhaps TH-camKids would work better for you, help shield you from things your immature mind is not wanting to see. And what the person before me said, it recommends content similar to what you already watch, so it’s on you if you’re seeing this type of content.

If you want to get information about motherhood definitely you can talk with your mother, grandmother, mother in law, sisters who hv undergone the same and hell there are expertise people who can help you including midwives, doctors, nurses.. Im sure it's not necessary for you to watch a stranger changing a diaper on TH-cam to tell you how being a mother is like. There's a thing called privacy. If someone really want to educate others they can really do it by talking about that experience so that others will get to know. There is no need to video everything and post it.
