Growing up my mom’s was and still is ice, Advil, or ginger. We have free healthcare, why not use it lol.
Mine too but the worst part is that water gives me unbearable heartburn, so I don't drink it. Then when I'm sick my man literally takes away all the drinks I'll actually drink, and insists I drink water, which just makes me even more sick, especially if I've been throwing up or am having one of my migraines because then the head pain that already has me geting sick, mixed with the raging heartburn, makes me get sick even more and then the migraine gets close to an emergency room level of pain. It's frustrating as hell, especially when I can't just ignore him and get up to het my own drink.

tip for pregnancy and/or traveling, wear sea bands. they’re wristbands that help with nausea. great for flights, car trips, pregnancy, et cetera
And ginger ale. Or just candied ginger. All the ginger. Just not the people with ginger hair. I don't think they help with nausea
Those helped a lot. They say biting a lemon helps too so I used to drink a ton of lemonade and it actually helped (never tried adding ginger but I feel that would be good)
Used to wear this on car trips! They work well. They’re also comfy too. Got rid of my car sickness real quick after slipping them on! Took about ten minutes to work for me
they’re also non-drowsy as opposed to medication, so you can be alert when dealing with TSA and whatnot

Yep! and then my mom is a nurse and told me if anyone feels like puking or is nauseous, let them smell alcohol like an alcohol swap or disinfect or hand sanitizer if it has a high alcohol content. It makes the nausea go away

You take it one day at the time, and make sure you have loving, supportive partner that also taking care of you during pregnancy! I am expecting our second child after almost 12 years with my first child. It feels like it is my first time all over again. The uncomfortable sleeping, the heartburn, the headache, hormone goes up and down, the first trimester throwing up, and if you me, then I have a condition that called Hypermesis Gyhonderium (which means throwing up all the 9 months you are pregnant) with both of my pregnancy. It’s not walk in the park! You do what you have to do to make sure that you and baby are healthy! I cannot emphasize it enough, that you do need a loving and supportive partner and good support systems you can rely on!
That’s how you know they will treat each other fairly and love each other like a king and queen ❤️❤️❤️

Yes as a single mom, who was with someone during pregnancy he could have treated me better. I painted a whole room ALMOST by myself. He helped barely. I organized and cleaned everything. I washed his clothes and cooked. He hardly did anything. Glad there are men out there who do above and beyond. EDIT: I also bought our sons first clothes he didn’t buy anything

I saw my mom get pregnant and it feels like im the pregnant just watching her. it just went harder and torturous when my lil sis came out i thought she was selfish for asking me to not go with my friends and stay with her most of the times during her pregnancy and raising my sis but i felt sory for her now that i remember about it. Thankfully i always gave in cause she was always like almost begging me. I cannot blame myself or her anymore. It will always be really hard if there is no father around

You have no idea how thankful us preggies are for how super sweet and Romantic you husbands are. My man has been nothing but so sweet and charming since we met and now that I'm 7 weeks pregnant he's still the same. Even sweeter! Like I don't want him to ever leave my side cuz I feel lost without him. Honestly everytime he's leaving for work I cry like a freaking baby and he'll sit with me a lil and calm me down telling me I'm doing great when Honestly I've been either really mean upset or emotional minutes before lol. I can say I love you and leave me alone within one breath. But being a first time mom this is the hardest flipping thing I've ever done. And I'm due next June 😭 so when I say I'm blessed to be with the most amazing man it's so refreshing to see more men like him out there. Keep it up guys!! Water is the WORST thing to have when nauseus!!! Something about the pregnancy hormones!! Do NOT drink water first thing in the morning either!! I personally ate bread, n once I started that n eating a slice every time I was nauseus n when I first woke up, it completely made the morning sickness disappear!! And when I forgot, whewww it was awful lol 😆 seriously tho!! Gotta try it!!

My hubby is like that! We are expecting our baby number 2 almost 12 years later after our first born! Both of the pregnancy I go through, my hubby spoiling me and ready to step up to the plate anytime I need him, too! I have an amazing husband and the great father for my children! We are so lucky to have him! Being marry to him for over 18 years, but feel like yesterday, and I love him even more as time goes!

It's different for every women and every pregnancies.
For some women it’s an absolute nightmare and can cause and inflate many dangerous problems in the body. Pregnancy isn’t for everyone. It’s insane that the government wants to force that on people.

This is called a good husband. Sometimes it's hard being pregnant (from stories and watching people with their pregnancy) and can be draining. And yes, a bathroom break is needed 24/7. Also, its good to have those little "do this" to give an answer but not make you do too much work (as long as it isn't too serious) like, "I'm hungry." Instead of fixing a sandwich, you could just be like "I have hotpockets for you in the freezer" so yall both get what yall want ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wish the guys could feel what we feel. My BD put me under so much stress and slapped me all the time so I'm thankful my son came out alive honestly. Besides him my pregnancy was hell. My hormones fucked me up and changed me as a person. On top of me struggling to gain weight I definitely couldn't eat. But I wouldn't take my son back for anything. Pregnancy isn't this fantasy as everyone thinks it is. It's hell 24/7 with constant emotions and problems. Guys don't know much and can only suggest what they don't know lmao

Parents who are over protective when it comes to germs often get children who will catch alot of illnesses because they were scared of germs. The immune system didn't have time to build and become strong. Not that it would happen but it did happen to my cousin's baby. She gets really ill every few months.
