    Wes, you're such an inspiration! You're videos are great! Keep up the amazing work. Thank you for sharing this with us and allowing me to join you on this journey, even if it's only via a TH-cam video while I multitask on work projects ;-)

    My favorite place in the world to run. What an absolute BEAST of a course and great job on the finish. There weren't many of you that finished this year and shows how talented of an endurance athlete you are.

    Letting the knees adjust on the top of the ridges, very memorable, I gotta go watch the volcanic 50k video next. I signed up for that one and TC100 again for 2022. He needed more 100 miler entrants, or needs is more like it! Kudos on going back out alone!

    hey wes, do you have to worry about wild life in places like this? Bears etc? Steve (Australia)

    • @wplate
      @wplate  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      We don't have to worry about bears much in Washington, our bears want nothing to do with us. Mountain Lions are out there in some places, but generally they're also not interested in us. There are mountain goats in this area, and they can be quite aggressive, but I didn't see any. :)
